Cannot in good consciene recommend this company. With the exception of a very kind gentleman at dispatch, the extent of customer service, and satisfaction is less than exemplary. Rented a Mercedes van for a trip with a group of friends. Fairly high end trip, that I coordinated, so felt that the luxury of a Mercedes was in need. I cancelled my reservation with Go Rentals to go with Los Angeles Van Rentals. I rented from the OC location. Car was ready the night before, in the driveway, keys under the windshield wiper. As it was at night, couldn't really see the exterior very well. However, discovered large, deep scratches along the driver side, rear panel. Dents on the back and passenger side as well. Further discovery; side view mirrors didn't work; no windshield wiper fluid; car had over 120K miles on it...far from the luxury I had anticipated. Dispatch couldn't help because both locations were closed. When I returned the van, office closed and no one available to help. Called and talked with Moe next day. He recommended that I talk to Nick, the manager. Tried three times to contact Nick, but failed. Never heard from him, nor any of the other staff. In a nutshell, inferior customer service, inferior product, inferior experience.

Read your contract and pay attention to the details and small print. Was charged 150 dlla for extra mileage ( my bad for not paying attention years of renting cars first time I had a mile limit). Was also charged 150 dlls for car detailing claimed SNOW was found in the car ( in San Diego 🤔). I made sure the car was cleaned out, and all trash was taken out of the vehicle but still got screwed over. I would definitely not rent from them again. And if you do take pictures of the car upon renting and returning. Whatever money I "saved" on renting from them, they made sure to take after returning it.
