We bought our 2016 ProLite Evasion here in April 2016 - just getting around to the review. You may see Darren mentioned by others, and I'm happy to hear that he's still working for Longhaul. He was our saleperson, and he went above and beyond. I drove over from Michigan, and he bent over backwards to make things easy for me. I would definitely buy from Longhaul again.

Bought an ultralite trailer by Prolite (Evasion) from Longhaul after renting one like it to test "drive". Wanted a few add-ons / modifications that Longhaul handled. Looking forward to a good summer of camping!

Update as we bring the 2023 camping season to a close, the Evasion has been great not only for weekend camping but we also took a trip of 9,700kms to the west coast and back. The details of this trip were sent to Long Haul where they posted it in a blog. Check it out!

Worst experience ever! We rented a trailer and never again! The trailer was in an accident, the mattress was a block and the a/c froze up 3 times and no water pressure on the 12 volt fresh tank. Called the Monday morning about water, and was no help no diagnosis no try this or that. So we had to stay in campgrounds which we weren’t planning on but due to condition we had to. The accident damage made the door hard to close as the hinges were binding. But was told by stu “it’s not like you need a pry bar so it was functional” wow way to set the bar high on expectations! Long story short I asked for half back due to the unexpected cost we incurred due to subpar trailer condition and was told they’d give 50% off next year? Why so you can jack up rate and then the 50% isn’t really 50%? Scheming dealership! I held up my end and cleaned it even tho I didn’t want to I signed an agreement stating I’d look after it and be financially responsible if not. Where’s their end of that? Never again go to Stratford rv for rentals or action trailers for sales! Way better!! Also I know they’ll respond and say call this or we tried to do this or that but bottom line they failed at customer support and satisfaction! Be warned. They won’t be accountable for poor service and trailer conditions! Now I know to even test the fresh water pump in a walk through before renting! Once they get your deposit you’re screwed and our holidays were not what they should have been! By the way I gave them 3 weeks before writing this to see how they handled it. 3 weeks 3 phone calls and nothing.. expect how can we scam you again next time! Well there won’t be a next time!

My wife and I have been very pleased with the sales and service staff at Longhaul Trailer Sales. Darren in sales was very patient and answered all our questions and gave us options and good advice in all areas. He didn't try to over sell us and was clear and professional. He was there when we called and he answered our emails. The reception staff were polite and the service staff gave us a very good in-service on the aspects of our new trailer. We would recommend Longhaul Trailers and the drive from London was well worth the effort.
