DO NOT use them. We booked an airport transfer with them. Our luggage was delayed but we were in communication with their driver, we were told that we would have to pay an additional £40 which we reluctantly agreed to. We asked the driver to wait. ten minutes later we are in the arrival hall …. No driver, no response to phone calls to either him or the emergency numbers … left stranded.
Contacted Viator ….. NO REFUND … driver said we told him to go, meantime I have the WhatsApp conversation that the driver read, asking him to wait.
Disgusting service from both companies.

We booked a transfer from downtown London to Southampton. We mistakenly put a wrong phone number in the booking. So it was entirely our fault that our driver (Durm) couldn’t contact us, in spite of trying really hard, about various horses, police and barriers that slowed him down prior to picking us up. Once he did pick us up he was AWESOME! He was very personable and really lowered our stress level after the slightly late pickup (not his fault!). He avoided major problems on the motorways by taking an alternate and very scenic route. By the time we got to Southampton we were relaxed and laughing. We really hope that we get Durm for our trip to Heathrow after our cruise!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I own a tour operating company. First time we booked them, I called the day before to check something and waited over 1 hour on their "emergency number" to no answer. I called back 4 times and nothing.

On the tour date, the bus was accepted but old, and unlike any bus our guide had worked with. The microphone was taped together which looked unprofessional and every time the guide started speaking, the radio turned on.

As a positive they were on time and the driver was friendly. The bus was also clean.That doesn't make up for their other failings though.

The second time we used their service, the door on one of the sides of the coach didn't open properly.

After speaking to some of the guides, I now understand this company has a bad reputation in the industry. The person who initially recommended them to me said this coming should only be used as a last resort.

Now, I have had to cancel 2 bookings within their cancellation period and they are straight up ignoring me. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund of two bookings.

Overall, we won't be using them again and I am cancelling all our bookings going forward. There are other companies that have a much better reputation and service for the same price.

After 30 minutes late. We called. On hold for 20 minutes. Oh we didn’t have you scheduled. We had confirmation number. They recommended that we find another means of transport for our 2 hour ride. Never ever use this company. Not even an apology and will probably have to fight to get funds back.

I have been working with London Travel IN for a few years now, and they have proved themselves to be the most reliable company amongst all others. They are always available for whatever enquiry you may have, and have a very friendly, professional approach to their clients. I would simply say that nothing seems to be ever a problem when working with London Travel IN.

Awful company. We waited 2 hours for them and they never showed up. We walked around the arrivals area like they said and NO ONE was holding a sign with our name. I called the emergency number to wait on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up. I emailed them and they said they were there, NO ONE was. WE finally had to call an uber and now they will not refund our money. Do not use them!

STAY AWAY!!!!

Horrible service. I was bringing my stuff, the driver never called me and just decided to leave, causing me to wait with a crying baby for a cab. Will never order services from their again. Their support is horrible as well, zero empathy for the situation.
