San does good work, and I used to go to her faithfully until one day she just started ghosting me. I had started making my own hair products and asked her if she would mind selling some in her shop. I texted her asking if any had sold....no response. I went to the shop and was told that she had moved ? okay...I looked up to see where the new shop was and it was conveniently located - perfect right? So, a few weeks had went by and I was trying to get a hair appointment, I was calling...sending text messages...everything! No response and no call back. So, I just walked into the shop...her assistant looked shocked to see me! She literally asked me frantically, "What are you doing here!?" She practically pushed me back toward the door and told me San was on vacation, and that I should call to make an appointment. The next time I called, I was sent immediately to voicemail...then I received a text message referring me to someone else to do my hair. So, I lost all my product, didn't get my money for it and I never saw her again. As far as I'm concerned, people like that can't be trusted. I had paid her consistently to do my hair for over a year. I thought we had a good relationship - based on our conversation. I guess it was genuine only on my end. Some people will just hold you down to pull themselves up smh.

Horrible experience. Owner is a person that doesn’t have customer service experience. She’s mean. She is unprofessional. Don’t come here. You will regret it. She doesn’t care about your hair. Only how has she can do your locs.

San is a great loctician she has been taking care of my hair for over a year and I'm always pleased with the service she provides. She is professional and the atmosphere is fun which makes the time fly by. Her salon is cozy, comfortable and very clean and conveniently located right off of I-10.

I love loc'd in beauty. San and Vanessa established my sister locks on January 25 of 2022, when I tell you they did a wonderful job on my hair, they were very professional, there salon It's very clean an has a home like feel. Sand and Vanessa has been maintaining the care of my locks since. I will continue to go back For my maintenance & Style needs. They are very knowledgeable about locks an the health of your hair. If anyone is looking to establish locks and/or keep up the Health Of their locks.I would definitely recommend Loc'd in beauty!! Great job ladies keep up the good work. I am a very satisfied customer!!!

I love, love, love my sister loc journey, thanks to Vanessa and San. These ladies have a great vibe, and are so fast and efficient at getting the job done. The salon has great, uplifting and peaceful ambiance. It is very clean, with a great selection of usually gospel playing in the backround. My appts. are quick and painless.

I had a absolutely amazing experience at Loc’d in Beauty. I have always maintained my own inter locs since starting them several years ago. Due to time and the length of my Locs I can no longer maintain them myself. San did a wonderful job repairing and tightening my locs. She is very professional and knowledgeable about locs. I definitely recommend Loc’d in Beauty. A consultation is required before booking a appointment. I found the consultation to be very helpful. I love this place.

As soon as I walked in it felt like home! Very welcoming and truly positive vibes. San, is honest and she is definitely knowledgeable in her art/craft she knew exactly what was going on with my hair and what I had been doing or lack thereof before asking me. The consultation was interactive and truly an enjoyable experience. I'm definitely looking forward to my journey and starting it here!
