Kiki is the best at what she does. I highly recommend her services if you want your Locs to look their best. Honestly after going to her for at least 2 years now I won't let anyone else touch my locs.

Let me first begin by stating that __I've been a client for 1 year now. The service ex, the shampoo, the styling, the products are all second to None. Kierra is a Doctor of hair. Her knowledge & love for her craft makes her an expert at what she does. That is an absolute fact! The services that are given "while in seat" are a reflection of her stellar knowledge. Her customer etiquette is deplorable. I made an appointment which has to be "confirmed by Kierra" meaning she must agree with the time before the appt is booked. Conclusion: all parties are in agreement. The day of said appt the service was canceled by Kierra an HOUR and 35 minutes before the service was to start------ Kierra canceled. Words were exchanged back and forth and it was in the back & forth that I lost respect for her as a stylist.
( I strongly believe that there is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between a stylist and a professional)
The verbal exchanged that took place that day (wiped out) any desire to return to this establishment. Kierra is growing into becoming a professional. And that's ok, growth is necessary for us as humans. KIERRA is surely the best at what she does. Customer etiquette is just as important and is apart of the service itself. How long ONE has to sit and wait for a service to be completed is apart of the service itself. I've waited personally for 8 hours in one particular visit alone. As a professional, if one must cancel for personal reasons then accommodations are given to the customer who is being inconvenienced and that is in ANY BUSINESS model. No customer wants to be treated subpar or devalued. When that happens...... you lose customers. As the other reviewer previously stated.

Kierra is like no other her work speaks for its self!!!!!!! She is a true loctician not one of these imposters out here as caring like they know how to loc hair are twist it!!!!! She know every strain of hair and what to do and how to do it to make it grow!!!! She is the best of the best!!!! And I’ll drive anywhere for her to do my hair!!!!!

I got my hair retwisted and I loved it! She is sooo nice and very educated on locs! She was on time she she steamed my hair I can see my parts again I love them! She also has products that are made by her and they are amazing ! Best experience ever with my locs !

I would not recommend this business. Kierra does a great job at what she does but she is very unprofessional. She has had me waiting past my appt time numerous times and once up to 3 hours, When I asked for a discount for waiting 3 hours past my appt time she said no. If you are okay with waiting hours past your appt then go for it but I will take my business elsewhere.
