Cherokee the manager is a hypocrite. She's a horrible dcs worker. Terrible at communication. So many times I've had to ask her and the other case aides if there will be visits . She will choose to ignore you and won't respond for days or up to a week. I'm not the only one She's done this to. I've had 3 different case aides leave this site and not once has she spoken to me about it ahead of time nor made sure my visits were covered. It was always me that had to go that extra length to figure it out without her help. Everyone In this building is a delight except for her. She's just a horrible human being that doesn't take her job seriously or professionally. Honestly I don't understand how she is still working in this field because she doesn't care about helping the parents or the children. She's more of a liability than anything else.

If I could rate them a negative 5 stars I would. Absolutely terrible at literally EVERYTHING!!! Absolutely nothing about this agency is professional. None of the case aid's, coordinator's or even supervisor's are professional by any means!!! They don't know what communication is, they don't know how to respond, they don't know how to set up and schedule visitation properly so visits get cancelled due to location availability not being confirmed which can be traumatizing for the kids that are already in a traumatic situation! They literally never initiate contact with guardian's or parents ever, constantly forcing those of us dealing with already messed up situations to have to deal with even more from people whom don't care!!!! The amount of last minute cancellations, the amount of times transportation has been extremely late and sometimes just not shown up and the fact that all of these continuous issues were supposedly addressed and fixed by one of the higher ups with this agency yet not even 24 hours later than a visit being cancelled due to no transportation, not only were children late to parent visitation but 15 minutes prior to the visit ending transportation randomly said they couldn't transport and contacted a guardian and demanded that guardian to pick up the children or they'd be stranded! This place is literally a joke however contracted through the department of child Services!!! Smh unbelievable!!!

there parent aid janice is very un professional. She is supposed to work as a dcs parent aid who supervises visitation for parents with their kids. She curses, she has been anywhere from 45min to an hour late to every single visit. We will set up scheduled times and days and she calls late at night to change the times we have set up.
