This is why I don't like to pay y'all! My Lexserve bill is higher than my water bill, every month. Lexserve threatens to shut your water off if I don't pay on time. This is senseless! I called and made a complaint because the original trash day was Tuesday and it's now Thursday. I was told by a 311 associate they came through onMonday. She then said she'll reschedule them to come out again. Today is Saturday and they came through but they only picked up my trash! 😔 They would not treat the upscale area like this, everyone's trash would have been collected!

Extremely horrible service especially if your are business owner
; if you can find a way to avoid getting American water, (which you CAN’T NOT IN LEXINGTON KY) please do their service is horrible they’re protocols are treacherous and the way the state locks customers into financial bonds lacks integrity and is a flat out scam and it’s sad!! they’re proud making they’re over charged over accumulated moneys off the backs of hard working American citizens and it is repulsive. The fact that they are allowed to be such a scamming company and their systems are put into place to lock you into financial debt for 8 to 12 months with their pricey installment plans that’s accrue interest, that they make the consumer pay after they allow your bill to accumulate for 3 to 4 months before offering an installment plan or disconnecting services, or charging an outstanding bill to your credit that could’ve been avoided if the services were disconnected sooner. SCAM SCAM SCAM THIS IS WHY THE RATING IS 1.8 THEYRE TRASH 🗑️

They refuse to take cardboard box recycling in my blue bin I have literally left it on the curb full for a month now. I'll try and put it all in the green bin this week and just never recycle again y'all can just take the blue bin entirely since y'all won't pick it up anyway

I try to call and get it set up to pay my bill Automatic on my checking account. The woman that answered said no u have to do it on web site the website. She wasn't allowed to set it up. bad customer service.

spoke with a Jessica today on the phone trying to figure out a simple question I have for two accounts we have out of many for a property I manage. just to see if a bill had been generated yet for them and I got smart remarks made back to me about the account. Not impressed.

The garbage collection on Baileys Row is bad. They leave trash in the streets, garbage cans are left in road making it unsafe. They don’t pick up the overflow trash on a regular basis. I don’t think they give a darn about how they provide service.
