They lost our application that me and my bf submitted and they can't seem to find it. Even though my bf waited for his application since June and still nothing. Not to mention that customer service sucks due to someone telling me that they wanted to talk to my bf and they wanted me to take it off speaker phone. This isn't HIPAA related when certain people are cooking lunch and be on the phone. Not cool and not cool to lose applications either. Get your act together people.

I don't like the "make sure you" yada yada yada when you call for a ride like the t'en commandements of passport being on time, having exact change, giving them 2 hors notice etc.Yet, they rarely keep on schedule and arrive whenever the driver feels like it. They have changed my pick up times without pr1ior notice and always blâme overbookage or being busy. I have been left stranded and had to take Lyft home! I think they forget the disabled have lives outside of passport On the plus side, most of the staff are friendly and earnest. The manager, Carlos, is especially nice.

Don’t be in a rush to go anywhere. It doesn’t matter how early you get up it takes 3 hours by bus to get anywhere. You could be waiting for hours and then wait even longer because the driver hasn’t had their break or takes a long break at every station. A car ride that takes 30 minutes should not be so torturous for people who need the bus.
