I’ve lived in Florida for 4 years now and this is the first time I’ve taken the bus to downtown Fort Myers beach, and when my mother and I went to the window to ask questions, Ronnie was extremely helpful. He was so nice and charismatic. It was absolutely refreshing to have someone who truly cared about his customers. He even walked us over to the bus and introduced us to the driver and gave us a map and told us the best places to go. Kathy, the driver, was also extremely friendly and she too also made sure we knew the deals if we were going to be staying for a couple of days or needing an all day pass. I’m so glad we decided to take the bus. I am extremely happy with this service.

I’ve used the Lee Tran in Lehigh Acres plenty of times. It’s a pretty decent and reliable way of transportation. My only issue Is unreliable busy stop times. Let’s say my stop is supposed to arrive between 1:05-1:15pm (as stated on google maps), I have seen bus drivers who would arrive at 12:50 which is way too early causing some people to wait another hour unsure if the bus even showed up yet. Even if drivers are making early arrivals due to some empty bus stops, this is really an irritating issue causing me to become incredibly late to some events. Overall I’ve enjoyed using this form of transportation in my town in means of going to school, work, or the mall.

Wanted to go to Sand Festival without driving, searching for a parking place and then paying as much as $10.00 to park. Took the trolley paid 35 cents, I was there no hassle. Same on return trip. Never driving to any event again if I can take a trolley. Would love one to Sanibel and Naples please?

Don’t advertise with this municipality. They charge a fortune, and then when you want to cancel, you can’t get a hold of them. They also don’t respond to emails promptly. Government at its worst.
