The way workers handled my household goods was really heartbreaking. They have zero idea how to shift or transport electronic goods or household furniture. Don't have adequate tools or materials for the job. Unclear policies. At the unloading point I was asked to bring additional local labourers for which I had to pay from my own pocket even though they had agreed to take care of goods at both places and had charged me for the same. Moreover, the workers demanded tip for their shoddy job.
