This was a great experience. Excellent customer service, very efficient, they go to your terminal same for the drop off. We were a family of 7 adults and a baby and it was just wonderful. The van was a really cool new Ford, very comfortable. Definitely will be using them again in a next trip to LA.

I made the reservation online and received a confirmation within 24 hours, I got a new transit van Hightop in April for our family trip to Coachella, we were 13 people and arrived to the airport almost 2 hours late but the guy who delivered the van to the arrival terminal was so friendly and he waited for us till our last friend arrived. He drove us out of terminal and we had super easy check in. This new transit is awesome, runs like a regular car and it had only 900 miles on it. Pickup and drop of at the terminal is wonderful, I was very happy with LAX van rentals, had a really positive experience and would recommend to family and friends.

These people were very easy to deal with. Courteous and professional. We had some bad experiences with van rentals in Pennsylvania with Hertz, and enterprise in Arizona. So we decided to go with a smaller company this time; figuring these guys might be more friendly and not too robotic like those bigger companies which sometimes have rigid rules and regulations. And it turned out that these guys were in fact friendly, flexible, and courteous. Thanks and we will definitely use your services when it comes to it again.

I booked the van through their website for 15 days, to use in California. During Christmas time where most car rentals do not even answer the phone, Fred at First choice van rentals delivered a full size passenger van to LAX terminal, it took us one hour to get out of the airport and the van was comfortable, clean and ready at parking lot 2. Overall car rental processing and their services was excellent. We almost saved $350 and highly recommend them.

We rented one 15 passenger transit van and one minivan last week for our sport group. The van was cleaned and they picked up the drivers at the curbside, the minivan was almost brand new with less than 4000 miles on it. We enjoyed the Wifi Internet on the road that was part of their package. Surly we will be using lax van rentals for our next summer trip.

From the time we had the van delivered to our Los Angeles address, to the time we delivered the van back to LAX Van Rentals, our experience was a very professional one. Whilst organising the 15 seater van prior to leaving Australia, we had requested the back seats be removed to allow more luggage room. This was promised and completed without any issues. Nothing was a problem for LAX Van Rentals. The van was only 12 months old, and extremely comfortable for 8 adults. All processing was easy, and they went out of their way to please. Tried to book a van for a family trip. After a few days of "pending" status, we called and they said they did have one on hold for us. It was a smaller model than we had originally booked, but we were still being charged for larger size. We were also told we would be restricted to only a certain pick up time even though the website says 24/7 pickup. We had the reservation cancelled after almost a week of back and forth.

Look elsewhere if you actually need 24/7 pickup.

Great experience. Great equipment. Rented online, got picked up at LAX, glad I didn't have to drive out of that mess, taken to office, signed some paperwork and we were off. Drop off was just as simple, met at drop off location and they dropped us off at our terminal. Thank you for such a smooth experience. Would rent again.
