très bon service de Rob qui a été à l'écoute.
Ce que je trouve médiocre est le service ensuite... la livraison de mon auto était supposé être fin février qui est devenu mi-mars ou fin mars maximum et j'avais rendez-vous aujourd'hui le 8 avril mais en arrivant la-bas je n'étais pas scédulé la bonne journée. Trop compliqué pour rien. Manque d'effectif.

Horrible mechanics. They didn't fix my car, but broke it even more, refusing to pay for the damage done by them. Hyundai Canada didn't care either. I am never coming back. I brought in my Hyundai due to frame corrosion and failure due to a known defect that was supposed to have been solved with a recall. I was gonna pay for it to be fixed, even if they didn't fix it under recall/courtesy, as I loved my car. They didn't agree to fix it, but when I got the car back, I saw that they broke the trim on the car. I immediately took photos, went back in and talked to chief mechanic and he just made excuses, such as 'car is rusty', and I told him that's not why it broke, as the bolt is physically bent! Then he said they had to lift car and plastic trim got in the way and I replied that my mechanic always lifts it and never broke anything and I lift it in my driveway to swap wheels and never broke anything. He just shrugged and refused to fix it. This was a stock Hyundai trim and not an aftermarket part. I did email Hyundai Canada asking for compensation for damage done, but they never even bothered replying. I am never using this dealer again and wouldn't rely on Hyundai to get a car fixed.
Edit: I actually discussed it with Chris Childs in person when this happened - he is the one that made the excuses and refused any real action. So, take your car to this dealer if you want it broken.

Absolutely great service from the folks at Kingston Hyundai! Purchased a 2025 Santa Fe from Rob and what pleasure it was dealing with him! He made sure to show me the in’s and outs of the vehicle, although he didn’t really have to since I watched nearly 100 reviews on YouTube .. Marlen in the financing department was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need! I’ve only had my vehicle a few hours but the I can assure you the service and experience was excellent!! Thank you!!

I had been contemplating getting a new Hybrid vehicle since the spring of 2024. I did some research of different manufacturers websites and watched many a video on YouTube. In the end I decided on a Hyundai. Since I was already driving a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq, a vehicle that I have hag no major issues with, I thought I would get another.

I find out Hyundai discontinued the Ioniq. So I decided on the Elantra Hybrid. I was sitting on the front porch in Springhill Nova Scotia doing research on the vehicle in July of this year when I get a text from Rob Szmidt at Kingston Hyundai. At the time I wasn't quite ready to commit.

Sometime in August I was at Kingston Hyundai for maintenance and looked Rob up. I had decided to get the 2025 Elantra Hybrid, but they it turned out are difficult to get. Rob said they were expecting one near the end of the year. I right away said I'll take it.

Between Rob and Kyle the transaction was smooth as silk. By November 7th I was driving off the lot with the brand new Elantra.
Highly recommend Rob and Kingston Hyundai for a smooth, no hassle experience.

On the maintenance side, I have never had any issues there either. I have had Barb, Vince, and Mike as Service Advisors and have also had dealings with Chris the Service Manager. Always professional and attentive to the customers needs.
