Derek and his boy Z, were the security/bouncers at our wedding ceremony and reception. They went above and beyond in every single way. They were professional, sincere, and honorable. My mom inadvertently started choking during cocktail hour, and both Z and Derek stepped in to aid - Z was able to perform the Heimlich maneuver and get the piece of meat out of her trachea before the paramedics arrived. They controlled the crowd so perfectly that most of the guests did not even know of the dire situation that occurred and thanks to Derek and Z, the night was saved. They kept a close watch on everyone and had tabs on everyone's whereabouts, ensuring that everyone could party without concerns of trouble with the law or in the building/parking lot. Everyone was pretty inebriated and Derek and Z ensured that peace was maintained. They were amazing. My mom even liked them, and she don't like anybody.

Hire just about anyone without background checks , or papers signed , I wouldn’t pay these guys a penny for their so called “ services “

I have had such a delightful experience with the concierge employees in my building. They are all very attentive, kind, and friendly. I would personally like to extend my gratitude & recognition to Rudy, who has gone above and beyond when it comes to my packages being delivered & making sure that my guest feel comfortable and know where to go when they arrive. He has showed exceptional customer service since the day I moved in, and I’m happy he is the first face I see when I go on my morning jogs! Excellent job Rudy, and then rest of the Keys concierge team, your efforts are noticed!

Keys international services is perfection!!! My husband and I have been using their services for almost three years and all our experiences have been PERFECT!! They take care of everything from vacation plans, to dinner reservations to going out for the night to picking you up so you don’t have to worry about driving!! It’s a VIP service that I never want to live without!! I always say my keys guys are like an American Express, I don’t leave home without them!!!

If I could give lower I would. I contracted Keys to provide 2 security personnel for New Years Eve at our venue 2 1/2 weeks prior. Kasim, who does scheduling, confirmed via text I was all set for 930pm-1am. At 853pm on New Years Eve,, I receive a text from Kasim saying one man was injured and another called out sick and he was working on replacements. I called him and he said one man was getting ready to come and he ask how long a drive it was. I told him 45 minutes and he said his man was loading it in his GPS. I requested a specific security person who works there that I know as the second man. Kasim confirmed he would be on the way. What he didn't tell me was he needed to find a replacement. I texted Kasim again to confirm they were on the way with no response. Then I called him and he did not answer. I called the main number and received a text from Sam asking what I needed. I told him to call me. He did and I told him we had no security. Music was blaring in the background and he was surprised I had no security. He said he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I called again New Years day morning and left a message.

I brought two bartenders in to cover for this company and it cost me more. They never called back, and basically didn't care about there commitment to provide security. No communication, no follow up, better things to do than be customer oriented.

The sad part is they came highly recommended. Not sure why. I guess I needed to be some major club and have 10 guys so it made it worth there while. The whole thing seemed sketch when they only communicate by text.

I would never in 10 million years recommend these guys and this company. They are lucky there were no incidents or we would be talking a whole different story. So far no answer from my voice-mail or text messages.

Stay far away. They don't respect commitments and don't communicate.
