Caleb with Ken’s Well Drilling is nothing short of attentive, quick to respond, kind and honest. He has answered multiple of my texts and phone calls within an hour or less, each one with either a video showing a solution of my problem or hopping in his truck to come evaluate and fix the situation with my well system. At any hour of the day he makes himself available, and every time he has a great attitude. I reccomend Caleb with Ken’s to anyone who has well needs!

Called Caleb the morning after Milton passed through. We had a problem driving the water pump from the generator. Caleb was here within 2 hours and found the problem. Turned out to be a bad generator cable. I would never have found it. Super helpful and responsive. Will be our go-to for pump issues in future.

This company is superior to all other well and pump repair companies by a long shot. After our power surging and our pump going out, Kaleb and his father in law got a new pump, all the wiring, and miscellaneous parts and had everything replaced and working in less than 24 hours from my original call to them. After the pump was replaced and working, Kaleb prayed with me and my wife, and prayed over our well. While that might not mean a lot to some, it meant the world to us.
Way to many companies fall into greed, but to see the love and care that some companies still have, it gives us hope. Kens well repair is the first well company anyone should call. The Willums family dearly thanks you.

Caleb is very responsive and always does what he can to take care of you and yours.

This is not the first time he has taken care of us on a Friday, Holiday or any other time he could've easily said 'Sorry I am busy and went home to his family.

That means alot. How many people can you count on when you are in a bind?

My well shut off while I was making my daughter cake and because he was an hour away and wouldn't be able to make it out the same day he took his time and made a video for my husband and after we followed his instructions. I had water back on in matter of minutes. I recommend him he's very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

2 years later needed his help again. My house flooded because of the hurricane. My well was not working he was quick to come out fixed it and charge a great price highly recommend him.

I had no water and not idea of what was wrong after changing the 40/60 water switch, still had no water, called kens well service. I never got the mans name, but he talked me thru checking different things and we found the problem. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.. and willingness to help and he never came out. Twice now he has come out to my place in keysville on super short notice, the first time right after Ian hit and he was swamped, found and fixed my issue on the spot for an almost embarrassingly low fee. Caleb is the best and I will use him whenever I have any issues!
