Took my car in for an inspection and got it done the same day. Price is very reasonable. They called and gave me an estimate as well as sending me a text message with details of what needed to be fixed and the price. They were able to fix what I needed to pass my inspection the same day. I will be coming back for all of my future car maintenances and repairs. Highly recommend.

Ken's did diagnostic work on my car's brakes, and sent pictures of issues they found (a leaky axle boot), as well as following up with a phone call explaining the issues, whether they would affect the car passing an inspection, and what might be covered under a warranty from a previous place's work. I was thoroughly impressed at their transparency and communication, and the fact that they didn't do any unnecessary work -- we were only charged for the diagnostic in the end. Definitely would recommend them!

Got a state inspection done here and the guys at Kens Automotive were super nice and informative! Great with scheduling, explaining the standards for inspection, gave me a two week grace period to fix a minor issue so I wouldn’t have to get the car re-inspected. Usually I’m wary of car mechanics trying to rip me off, but this seemed like a pretty no BS place. Would gladly return.

I've taken my car here multiple times over the years, and it's always been a great experience. Very fair pricing, no upselling, great service, very easy drop off and pick up - you could not ask for a better auto shop. They've done mechanical work (new alternator) and body work (replaced shattered window and cleaned out glass shards, fixed busted headlight lenses, etc.) for me and it's always been great and fairly priced service. The guys who work there are also very easy to talk to. Couldn't be better!

Five stars all the time! they are always courteous and time efficient in getting the work done. i recently brought my car in for inspection and explained i would need to walk back and asked if it was possible to pock it up before sark, Chester was very understanding of the situation and had it done in less than 2 hours!
