Danielle seamlessly helped me with my first ever remote/not seen motorcycle purchase. As a result, she was very attentive to my hesitation and my being nervous and did everything in her power to provide ample information, pictures and videos and answer all of my questions to make me feel at ease. Danielle got me a great deal done and also arranged delivery to the Calgary area. Looking forward to meeting the team next time I pass though the area. Thank you KHD team.

Had an awesome experience at Kelowna Harley Davidson, Danelle and Evan are some of the best representatives I have delt with
They were able to set me up with a wicked ride this summer and promo deals were great felt like I left with the store in hand lol
Great group feel lucky 🍀 they were there to help me out
Hats off to them they really went all out for me, they also took me around to meet the staff in sales which helped me in finding a new helmet with blue tooth speakers built in at a reasonable price , parts hooked me up with a saddle man seat and more aggressive foot pegs for my bike

Where do I start. I bought my first Harley September 2022 a heritage Classic love my bike love the service and the friendliness and the people at Kelowna Harley-Davidson but as much as I love my bike Jesse knew my dream bike was a Road Glide so a couple of weeks ago I was in getting a service done and Jesse sat me down and we looked at a Road King he then showed me the price tag of the Road Glide and told me why not go all the way. And low and behold today Wednesday October 23rd I drove away from Kelowna Harley on my brand new 2024 billiard Gray Road Glide!! I have no real words to say other than Jesse, Evan, Devin Danny are all truly amazing people and looked after me like I've never been looked after at any kind of a dealership before. Huge shout out to Jesse for caring enough to know what I wanted and taking the time to listen to My Endless rants over the last couple years about wanting a Road King possibly a Road Glide and when the time is right did everything along with Evan worked their asses off to make my dream come true. I absolutely highly recommend everyone who's either interested in buying a new Harley for the first time or upgrading please go to Kelowna Harley-Davidson it is by far the best. A million thanks to all the staff who looked after me over the last couple years here's to many more years of seeing your smiling faces and dealing with you talking about different rides events clothing parts and just general BS I gave them a five-star rating but they deserve 10 thank you again see you soon

This team had a bike I’d never seen anywhere else, set up great shots to look at, sent me videos to make sure I knew what I was thinking about buying, and then went above and beyond to ensure everything went absolutely smoothly-can’t thank Devyn, Evan, Jesse and Kobi enough for making this upcoming summer’s riding season the best I’ve ever had!!

Great experience/ service!! Love bike nights. I bought a 2024 Low rider s start of the year and I have no complaints regarding the customer service!! Very easy to deal with. Accommodating professional service. I highly recommended the group at Kelowna Harley-Davidson!!

Got an excellent run through all the changes and new bikes from Danny. He’s got a ton of vehicle and parts knowledge he’s happy to pass on. Great talking to a salesman who’s also a bike enthusiast with bike experience. Dog friendly store!

Happy customer from all the way in Manitoba! I've been looking for a deal on a bike across Canada for a few months now. I noticed one posted on kijiji for a lower price than other dealers. Reached out on the kijiji add about purchasing the bike and if it could be shipped to Manitoba. Danny went over and above! Responded to me with a walk around video without even asking him for one! Set up all the shipping and got the bike here safely! Before this dealer, I reached out to a few dealers across Canada, after I asked the other dealers about shipping I was just given shipping company names and was told to contact them myself, which made me not interested in giving them my business. Not the case with this dealer. They set up all the shipping and included it in my price. All I had to do was pay them, after a couple weeks the bike arrived! Danny kept in touch and updated me while i waited for the bike to arrive. HIGHLEY RECOMMEND!!!

The staff here are all amazing, super friendly and knowledgable and actually enjoy chatting with customers. I spoke with Jesse Greeno in sales very friendly and actually knows about custom and aftermarket parts from experience in building his own bikes and knows the goods about the new bikes as well. Zero pushy greasy salesmen vibes like your regular car dealer.
