I can't give enough thanks to the team at Keller services. I woke up Thanksgiving morning to no heat in the house. We have lived in the house for over 20 years now and the unit is about 10 years past its expired date but hey it's still working. A dear friend put me in contact with Bandi and her team and they took great care of me. The technician Jason was very polite, he went above and beyond to make my mom who is in a wheelchair feel very comfortable in explaining step by step what he was doing. They even chatted about each others families.
His customer service is amazing.
Never once did they try to up sale me on anything, a matter of fact they were able to fix my ancient unit and find the parts they needed to do so. I could not be more pleased with the services that i received.
If anyone ever has any issues with their unit I would 100% put my trust in this crew right here. Thank you so much for getting my unit up and running again.

Keller Services has always been fantastic in maintaining my HVAC system and kept my old system going several years past its expected lifespan. When it was time to replace it, they helped me understand my options, worked with me on financing it, and did a great job on installation. I've had the new system in for about a year now, and it's so much better at maintaining temperature in the house.
Aside from their work, I've also been really impressed by how their technicians have always been extremely professional, honest, and friendly. I'm sure many other women have had the experience of being talked down to by technicians or pressured into agreeing to a service that wasn't necessary, and I can say I have never had that happen with Keller Services in the 7+ years I've been a customer. They have also always been excellent with my cats, and I've never been concerned about a little fuzzy overlord slipping out around someone's feet.

Keller Services replaced my entire HVAC system. They are professional, trustworthy, and timely. I believe their pricing to be fair and reasonable. I comfortably gave them access to the house without anyone being present. They are my go to and would recommend them unconditionally for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I will start by saying the first time I used Keller Services, I had a great experience. They replaced the pee trap in the attic and all of the components around it. They offered to install an emergency shut off valve to kill the unit in the event the water wasn’t draining properly. I agreed and paid up front for everything. A couple of years later, I received a picture from my landlord with water dripping from the kitchen ceiling, bubbled up, under the unit in the attic. I called Keller Services back out to find out what happened. Apparently the drain was clogged in the bathroom and caused the water to back up and over flow in the 2 bottom air ducts in the attic, filling them with water. Eventually one busted open and soaked a 5x5 section of the insulation and started leaking through the ceiling. They did the necessary repairs to get the AC back on (blew out the clogged line, and replaced the emergency shut off valve again) and I asked the tech if the emergency shut off valve should have prevented this. He said yes, this is exactly what it is meant to stop. I called the receptionist and explained what happened the next day. Long story short, I didn’t hear back from them for 10 days, and in order to prevent mold, I had to remove 9 yard bags of wet insulation to prevent further damage. I still have not talked to any kind of manager, no one has reached out to apologize that the part THEY installed failed, causing my attic to flood. Zero empathy. I have only been able to talk to the young man that installed the part that failed and the receptionist. I begged them to at least replace the air ducts and I will fix everything else. With no communication on what they decided to do another 2 days later, they replaced the air ducts. I have recommended this company to several people but needless to say, I can’t anymore due to the fact the management there is so insulated by the team, if there is a problem, it won’t be addressed properly. Lucky for them, I did the rest of the repairs that were around $1,000 and I’m done waiting for any empathy or help.

Our neighbor across the street told us about Keller Services Heating and Air Conditioning and it was a godsend! Brian came out and did a complete diagnosis of our problem. He was very professional, informative, provided great thought out options, and did what he could to make it affordable to us. My wife and I were very impressed with his presentation, the pros and cons of different size air conditioners relative to our house size. and put us to ease providing great peace of mind. In sum. this company is a diamond in the rough! Courteous, prompt, through, informative, and very reasonable.

Wow!! I can’t say enough good things about Keller Services, Brian & Brandy Schimmel and the whole tech crew!!

I had dreaded shopping for a new HVAC system to replace our 2005 builder grade Lennox system. I got 2 quotes, but didn’t feel all that good about the systems that were recommended. My daughter recommended that I call Brandy at Keller Services. I’m so glad I did!!

Brian came out promptly, looked at my old system and gave me all my options and pricing for several new systems. Absolutely no pressure at all!!

Today, I am loving my new 18 SEER American Standard variable speed system. The crew arrived early and worked straight through, despite 95-100 degree temps. All of the 3-man crew were very professional, hauled away my old system and cleaned up so my place is better than before the install.

I had them add 3 new return air vents. When they were sawing the ceiling for the return air vent holes, one of the techs held a box under where they were sawing so that no ceiling pieces or sawdust dropped into the room. Great attention to detail!

UPDATE 1/16/25:

Keller Services and team came thru big time for a friend of mine whose furnace quit working the other day! The system was made in the ‘80’s and parts were hard to come by. In fact Brian Schimmel drove around himself to find the parts and the team completed the fix just before this next arctic cold front moves in. Awesome, team!!!! I feel very good trusting Keller Services with my family’s HVAC needs. Still 5 stars!!

They were great with my upstairs unit. They gave me multiple options on what would could be done and quotes on what each one would cost. We chose to replace our unit, Brian showed up that morning with the install crew, and came back after they were done and checked everything out, showed me everything, walked me through the new thermostat. I will definitely be using them once I’m ready to replace my downstairs unit.

The technician that came out was respectful, informative, and found the problem was a leak in the coolant line, yet could not locate it. However, the company seemed intent on upselling and replacing our entire HVAC system for thousands upon thousands of dollars rather than simply fixing the leak. A friend who worked in the HVAC industry was able to locate, repair the leak, and recharge our system in a short time.
