1) They have 0 customer service. So please change your business name from “Service” center to “Ignoring” center.
2) They messed my name on VISA having my passport on hand. Didn’t even check before sending it to me. So I had to send it BACK for rework
3) They somehow manage to make you feel guilty for asking regular questions just to verify that the service they provide is necessary or not .
4) Whoever is the manager there (I believe there is no management at all ) need to read through correspondence between clients and their representative Ksenia to see how she talks to potential clients WHO ARE willing to PAY them !

Hi, my name’s Alty. I’m a real person who wanna leave a truly review. I did from this company power of attorney. The customer service Ksenia was So Rude, worst service, disrespectful. The worker there doesn’t have any manners while dealing with people. When I asked questions she dropped the call and never call me back. And the papers was so Expensive. I’m from Kazakhstan, and it’s so Sad like my fellow countryman doing worst business service in USA. Please be respectful with your customers

Despite the COVID lock down in USA and Kazakhstan, the Service Center team worked relentlessly to get the police certificates done in Kazakhstan, translated and delivered to me in USA.
