Upon several attempts of calling other pool service companies around my area I found JT's Pool Services and "What an Amazing Experience" I received! Great Friendly Customer Service, Prompt and Affordable! They dispatched a technician out to my home to install the handrail Professionally and in a Timely Manner! This company is a 5 Star company and that I would Recommend & Refer everyone to call them for any Pool Service needs!! Great Job Andy!

They have come to my house twice now to fix a pool pump motor and fix the pool light. Both times they were awesome. Quick response time and excellent quality work performed. I really appreciated their honesty. I'm a relatively new homeowner on a budget and he worked with me on price and didn't do more work than was needed. Highly recommend them for pool repair work.

JT's Pools has serviced our pool for years, so when we decided to remodel the pool and deck, we called them (and others). They gave us the best price and seemed very knowledgeable, so we used them. We are general contractors, so we have a lot of experience with different contractors, and I can tell you the Jamie and his team were one of the best we've worked with. They removed the old deck and pool coping, re-did the pool tile and interior pool surface, and re-decked the entire pool area with a beautiful tile and matching coping. The time frame that they did it in was astonishing. We really couldn't be happier and would recommend them highly.

JTS Pools did an excellent job of resurfacing our pool. The owners expertise was evident as he has been doing this for years and hires skilled workers. The pool looks great, they cleaned up after themselves and the price was reasonable. I recommend them highly.

Used this company for about 6 months. The pool guy on multiple occasions will just dump the chemicals in the pool and leave, no vacuum or brushing the tile. we called the company right away and they sent him back as he was still in the area, no apology or anything , they make you feel like you are bothering them. The lady in the office i believe is the owner, very rude person. last Friday, on the day of the service we noticed the bottom of the pool has a lot leaves, clearly no vacuum again , i sent an email and texted but no response, i called the next mooring and finally got a call back, the excuse this time was the weather and lightning, total lie at is was clear sky and sunny all day. when i told her i wasn't happy she said you can cancel the service. this company have 2.3 star review score for a reason and i see couple more people left reviews for the exact same reasons above. The reviews are so bad that they opened another google account under a slightly different name. this account JTS the other account JT's, if you look at the phone number it is clear they are using 2 accounts due to low ratings on the first account. another indication that they will do anything to cheat you instead of simply provide good service. Update 7.29.23: Now that i have a new pool service the last couple weeks I can see how bad of a job JTS did for 6 moths, I noticed after one service with the new company that the water flow into the pool from the two jets are twice as powerful and the pool is so much cleaner, another induction that JTS never cleaned the filters and just did the minimum. Big mistake I stayed with them for 6 months, learned my lesson. My advice, if you are not happy with the service look for another company!!
After reading the owner response i am amazed how dishonest this company is, they say the right thing but when you really need them they will not be there for you. BTW the weather was prefect on the days the service wasn't preformed, no lightening just a lot of excuses from you. I have been using a new company for the last two months, what a difference, when they are done the pool is clean as it should be. your guy spent here an average of 10 min, the new company are here for 20-30 min and it shows. As someone said in one of the reviews i am reading, sound like a nice family business but you really don't care about your customers or providing a good service, and when there is complaint instead of taking it seriously the first thing you said is "if you are not happy cancel the service" . your respond is nonsense, you did a terrible job for 6 months, and guess what the weather wasn't bad every week but your guy was.
And BTW you owe me a refund of the last two weeks of service you didn't do, but conveniently you forgot to send it.

Had a leak issue with my pool and had to have a new skimmer installed. Jaime and Soroya we're very easy to work with. The were informative and very helpful at every step, and went above and beyond expectations. They got the job done professionally and in a timely manner.

Will be using JTs for my pool needs moving forward.
