The worst customer service I’ve received. I called in because I got an email from alleged employees who no longer works here named “Rosario and Sergio” saying they’re giving us a quote for the services we requested. We didn’t receive the quote which then prompted me to call. When I called in to ask for help the “manager” named Louisa, who apparently doesn’t have a superior when I asked to speak to her supervisor and said that she owns the facility, was one of the rudest encounters I’ve come across. I am calling to PAY you guys for my services and here she is raising her voice within just 2 minutes of us being on the call. I had to ask her MULTIPLE times to give me her name and she finally did when I told her I wouldn’t send crucial documentation to someone I don’t know the name of. Whoever is in charge of Louisa, I highly suggest you fire such a person from overseeing customers and the only reason why I would even think to go through this service is because of the people that helped us last year with a different case. OVERALL horrible experience this time around. Wouldn’t suggest it to anyone

I really recommend this company. I was going through a really rough time with an overseas death and they were able to prepare a translation of death certificate for me the next day. Mr. A Romero emailed me to verify documents and was able to process payment. The price and cost for express shipping was amazing. I highly recommend.

JR Language Translation Services did an amazing job for me! I found them online, needing an official document translated from Spanish to English as I had a death in the family/needing to fly out same day & get my passport renewed. There were timely & quick with their service, helped me immensely. I was able to leave town without a problem! They were amazing and turned around the document within the hour. Excellent service, located near a parking garage for convenience, and wonderful staff and clean environment. Definitely use them for all your translating needs!

Great service with excellent quick responses. I was able to get documents translated from Thai to English very quickly abs efficiently. Staff responded to my questions very fast and courteous. Documents arrived quick as well. Total time from inquiry to draft then corrections, final review abs shipping to receiving was around a week and half or 2 weeks which goes to show the great team they have.

I needed my fathers death certificate translated fast in order to get an emergency passport so I can go to his funeral, JR translations came through!! Thanks to their quick response I was able to get that passport and go to the DR to say my final goodbye to my dad.
