1 of the worst training programs don’t speak your mind because the next time you get enrolled in that program the employees start doing things too jeopardized you had me terminated 3 times from the program had nobody reaching out to me with the areas I requested help with was told if I couldn’t make it to a face to face they can come to me but when I explain having no transportation funds I wasnin-compliment the 2nd time reached out the day after for enrollment was told too come in the office when I was supposed too be remote because of medical exemption 3rd time was call on enrollment date 3 times first call stating somebody would contact me soon to complete enrollment call later that day and was told by JEVS intake specialist that could do the enrollment today started asking me personal questions after was told somebody should be contacting me don’t remember the 3rd call but never reach out again and got terminated for something that I wasn’t at fault with. Find out on 11/04/2024 that I was terminated because the lies they put in notes don’t even know was my worker because nobody reach out after 10/07/2024

The TCY program is extremely UNORGANIZED and needs to be shut down immediately. The staff is just here for the money, and they do not put any effort into the job. In addition to this, their itineraries never go as planned; and they give you the run around for every single thing. NO ONE knows anything related to the actual program aside from the director. I think all staff should undergo an extensive training if the program is to continue. How can you help those in need when you do not have any idea what your job duties consist of? It does not make sense at all. Get it together asap! THE STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FUTURE IN THIS PROGRAM, take another route or just do probation! This program is not the most effective.

I hate when I’m trying and I don’t get the help that I need these workes act like they want to help u soon when u go to orientation than when u go home and start calling them it no answer than when we get on zoom the workers tell u to email them about any job openings and they never reply back like I’m wasted my time being in this program but they so quick trying cut ya stuff off when u don’t attend the zoom and not sending in the job search paperwork like I’m stress

I went for the ged classes , & they're very unprofessional. But this doesnt go for all of them. the lady's at the front desk are GHETTO & RUDE! Mark my words on that one. They were even cussing. Theyve got reallyyy smart with me when I asked for help & smart with other students as well. Like literally, SO unprofessional. Half of the time, the teachers didn't even show up!. Dont know how to teach. I wouldn't even waste my time here. 1 star definitely.

Highly upset with how I was treated with the staff never was offered any training any job fair invite never was called to make sure I was on track wa blamed and shamed for not makin the cut I want to be transferred and they wont let me so they can cover they're *** SHOUTOUT to Ms Mary, Director.. who was the ONLY person who felt my issues and tried her BEST to fix ! Thank you

The receptionist on the 9th floor is rude, incompetent and ghetto. She doesn't never know what's going on or where to direct you. Just an airhead and plain ole unprofessional.
