Best dealership I have dealt with, never felt one bit of pressure sales, Turner was excellent to deal with, replied quickly to any questions or concerns I had. As soon as my wife and I walked in the front door we were greeted by Mike(Sales Manager) who made us feel "right at home". First impression is everything with me! They were negotiable and flexible with willing to accommodate within reason, very fair dealership. I will definitely recommend Braden Ford and can only recommend Turner, Mike and Craig as they are the three people I dealt with. BTW I purchased a used 2023 Explorer ST-Line with only 13,000K on it.

This is my first experience with James Braden Ford and it was a very good, low stress interaction. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and they were able to turn the transaction around in less then 24 hours! I test drove a plug in hybrid last October and Cam, the sales guy, followed up with me that the one I test drove was up for sale. With the EV rebate over the numbers worked out well and I look forward to saving lots of $$$ on gas!
Also my experience with James in the finance office was efficient and no pressure.

I have owned the truck for 2 years. From Greg in sakes to Jesse in service. They have always had me feeling welcomed.
When I had an issue. The service department worked time and time to fix my first world problem.
It is a minor issue. But I am thankful that it was fixed.

When I was ordering the truck during covid. No other dealer would talk to me let alone take my deposit. I tried another dealer twice and then I went to this dealership and I have been happy since.

Purchased a Lincoln Corsair from this dealer. 1st time purchase at this Lincoln dealer, I have purchased from another Lincoln dealer in the past but due to geography it no longer made sense to go there again, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had at a Lincoln dealer ever. We had an amazing experience purchasing our new Bronco. Turner was so helpful from the first call. He worked with us to find the best choice for our family and worked with his team to get a reasonable rate for our trade in. He effectively communicated the expectations of delivery and we were pleased with the quick timing especially just before the holiday. Once we picked up the vehicle Turner assisted us with the ford pass app and took us out to the vehicle to show us all of its features. Overall, he was very friendly, experienced, and made sure that we were comfortable with our decision.

The other staff members were also very friendly always ensuring we had what we needed and went over and above giving our 2 year old a little hotwheels mustang, which was very kind. Michelle who we worked with to finalize numbers was very knowledgeable and helpful to arrange everything and effectively communicated next steps and what we would need to do to be able to pick up the vehicle.

A big thank you to all of the staff and especially Turner and Michelle for helping us with our purchase. We love our new vehicle and will absolutely recommend anyone else looking your way.

I had a very good experience purchasing my 2025 Ford Escape PHEV. Although the Federal Government eliminated the EV rebate, Ford came through with great pricing. Our sales rep (Cam Scrimshaw) was very professional and responsive to our questions. I got a good vibe at the dealership from everyone I dealt with (Cam, other sales people, financing, gm...). It has been a while since I was this excited about a new vehicle.
