I was heading to Simpsonville to be with my family during the loss of our grandpa and broke down on I-26 and I called around looking for someone to tow me and I came across Jordy at J&N towing he was leaving the office when I called he answered the phone told me about 35-40 minutes he was there in shorter time than he originally said. He allowed my girlfriends and I to ride with him to drop off the car after we changed locations.He still looked out for me price wise. His customer service was amazing. Called them early in the morning on the same day my car was towed. James Nottingham quoted me $118 if I paid with cash and $200+ if I paid with card. Well the guy decided to upcharge when my wife got there to pick up the car!

He decided to go “you heard me wrong”. NOPE! I had you on speaker phone and had asked you TWICE to be sure! It’s upsetting to know that a person would state one thing and do another when a person is literally in a disadvantage and you are holding onto their vehicle to pay a quote that was completely different from the original within 4 HOURS.

No sense of customer service. No sense of accountability.

I was traveling through Desoto, still several hours from home, and had car trouble and was in need of immediate assistance. I called J&N and they immediately sent a driver, and the driver was extremely kind and helped make my difficult situation very smooth. He went above and beyond to make my experience very nice, towing my vehicle to the mechanic shop and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in this area! Very impressed with their service!
