I took my broken iPhone which I dropped from about 30' to IT Xpress to have it repaired. They did an awesome fast job. After the screen repair I kept having SOS pop up and Mike advised the SD card slot might have been damaged too so ordered one and installed it promptly. My phone is a critical work phone so I appreciate the quick fix. I've used them before with home computer issues and they have always been great. GO to IT Xpress for your electronic needs !!

Mike is amazing. He is SUPER knowledgable and extremely patient. We needed some random screws for a computer build, not a high priced item, and he treated us as if we were buying an entire unit. Shop here you will not be disappointed!

Wow! I foolishly let a scammer into my computer and all hell broke lose. I had another company try to fix but the problems continued. I took to IT Xpress, they fixed it all and several other problems I had. Most impressive, I can't say too much about how great they were and prompt.

This is the 3rd time I have taken my computer or peripheral piece of equipment to IT Express for repair and once again I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Mike Baptiste stopped what he was doing to do a quick check of my laptop. I thought it was going to be a hardware problem (after another computer tech elsewhere had suggested he thought it was) but Mike within a couple of minutes realized it was a software problem. It took him about 20 minutes to correct the issue which was a conflict with some new software I had installed and I was on my way. I've had computers since they first came out and needless to say I've been to my fair share of Tech services but IT Express is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. They are always professional, very reasonable and have quick turn around of your equipment. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
