I had a good experience here with dr Anthea. I booked an appointment with her and I arrived right on time. She’s very attentive, patient and friendly. I recommend this location. It’s important to mention that they are strict with late arrivals.

Every doctor I have met at this clinic was great and professional, and helped me with any situation I was dealing with. They’re also always on time with appointments and would recommend them if you are in need of any assistance with any medical issue.

My experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite scheduling my appointment two weeks in advance and having two smooth visits prior, my third visit was marred by a 20-minute wait with no sign of the doctor being available. Being asked to wait in the room felt no different from waiting outside. The lack of assistance from the front desk compounded the frustration. Although the receptionist was kind in her attempt to assist, the overall situation is just disheartening. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment thinking I’d solve my health issues, but no. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Went for my initial visit for the walk-in clinic. Long story short, I booked day of the appointment, was late by 8 min as the PATH was confusing to navigate in order to find this clinic, and the receptionist promptly told me of a 10 minute grace period that they allow so she'll need to check with the doctor if he can 'squeeze' me in. I waited another 20 minutes and thought maybe I'm better off booking with my family doctor in Richmond Hill for my sore throat since I was headed there anyway. I go to speak to the receptionist and both of them said they'll need to charge me $50 for no show if I cancel. Begrudgingly, I cancel my Rhill appointment and wait another 10 min before I'm seen by Dr Kaartik. Highly unimpressed by the greediness and lack of empathy/service of the receptionists. I think I'll find a new family doctor elsewhere downtown. I also watched them turn away a heavily pregnant woman to another clinic after providing sub-par service. You can do better.

very hard to find this place, and the receptionist is very rude. It took me an hour to get here and they only said I missed the appointment, they can do nothing. not even tried to ask if the doctor can see me or not.

I came here early because they are very strict with the time. They left me waiting in a really cold room feeling sick, no one even came and I had to just leave. They charge you for being late but no consideration whatsoever for your time, they could’ve at least come to me to explain why they were so late.

I had an appointment at 11: 40 for which I was late - I arrived at 11:57. I needed my prescription to be reviewed by one of their walk in doctors, which is a quick 10 minute walk in affair.

The receptionist informed me that there is a 10 minute grace period, but anything past that point is basically subject to late fees - so I was 7 minutes out of luck. Understanding that she is merely doing as asked, I informed her that I was trying to get a hold of the clinic to inform them of my delay, but given that all their lines are busy (which she readily acknowledged), I was only given a call back option by their phone system.

She then asked me to wait to see if the Dr. can still see me, and after 10 mins or so of mucking about informed me that the Dr. no longer can. Not only that , she proceeds to inform me that the Dr. has explicitly requested that before I can book anything with her, I must pay the late fees. I requested that she waive it considering that I was making an effort to contact them, and did show up above all, even though a little late.

There are many reasons for which this visit should be rated 0 stars. But the reason that bothers me the most is this - the conduct of the professionals here, is not in the interest of their patients, but rather in the interest of profit margins for their owners.

Mind you, speaking of being on time, not once have any of their doctors showed up within even 15 minutes of their appointment time, there is always a wait before you get to finally see one. Problem is, this place seems to think that this hypocrisy is ok - a walk in Dr.'s time is way more important that the patient's obviously. The patients, they have no choice, of course they will wait.

Well I got news.

Its time this clinic and its professionals give the Hippocratic oath a try, instead of the hypocritical one.

I went in for an oxygen facial with Melissa and left feeling fresh, rejuvenated and simply relaxed! She has great technique and made me so comfortable, it’s the best facial I’ve had in a long time. Thanks so much, Melissa?Looking forward to the next one!
