Jonathon is a car whisperer. I was staying near Rossland on vacation, the check engine light came on in my car. I was panicked about it as I had an 800 mile drive coming up to get home. He fit me into his schedule last minute and found the issue. He ordered the needed parts, and had it completely repaired quickly! Made it home without any further issues. During my visit to Red Mountain in Rossland, BC in late August 2023, I encountered an issue with my VW Jetta just a day before my planned journey home. The car suddenly lost all power, and both the EPC and Engine warning lights appeared on the dashboard. In a bit of a bind, I turned to a Google search for assistance, and that's how I discovered 'In the Clouds Garage'. The very next day, I found myself at their doorstep even before their official opening hours.

John, the owner, arrived about 15-20 minutes earlier, and his immediate willingness to help put me at ease. He promptly connected his laptop to my car to diagnose the problem. The scanner indicated issues with the ignition coils, which John quickly confirmed. He not only reset the identified errors but also went the extra mile by taking the car for a test drive to ensure everything was indeed in order. His dedication and effort assured me that my car was safe to make the journey back home.

John's depth of knowledge was evident, and his kindness in attending to my car even before regular business hours was truly commendable. His ability to diagnose and propose a solution with such speed and accuracy was impressive. My interaction with him was an absolute pleasure, and I consider myself fortunate to have found his garage in my time of need.
