Ken, the sales manager, was great to deal with. Friendly, straight forward, no pressure at all. 100% of their bikes are absolutely detailed! I've worked in the bike industry and have rarely seen used bikes so we'll cleaned and detailed.

DO NOT, under ANY circumstances purchase a used motorcycle from this company without a licensed mechanic having signed an insurance inspection form. Shaking a man's hand sure isn't something that means anything to these folks.

Jake will tell you the bike is yours and sell it 45 min later. Drove 2hrs to shake his hand and under sold.

The ladies out front have always been great to deal with. As for service department I am far from impressed. Took my machine there for work. It's been sitting in my garage since I picked it up with a pool of oil under it. The kid that works there is arrogant. It is no wonder house of thunder has become what it is from what it once was.
