I actually ended up cancelling my reservation. There are no shuttle services to Ana from this location from the airport. Also, since my flight didn’t get in till after 6 and this location closes early it wouldn’t work anyways. I am here to say their customer service is one of the best! I spoke with Alex on the phone and explained my situation. He gave me a lot of great information. He then called my number to offer extra assistance with my reservation. It’s something you don’t see anywhere else these days 🙂

Cuando llegamos, la recepcionista con muy pocas ganas de trabajar, nos dijo que nuestra reserva no incluía seguros ni conductor adicional y que teníamos que pagarlo aparte. Yo le mostraba el voucher donde decía que SI LO INCLUIA. Y básicamente no le importaba nada. Ni siquiera tuvo la delicadeza de llamar a algún superior para consultar. CERO GANAS DE RESOLVER.

Era sábado a las 11.30 y la oficina cerraba a las 12. Ella estaba MUY APURADA por que pagaramos y que nos vayamos. Y no habia forma de hacerle entender que SI LOS TENIA INCLUIDO.

Pasamos un MUY MAL MOMENTO.
La señora tuvo una MUY MALA ATENCION. Cero empatía.
Tuvimos que pagar un extra de casi usd250 que no nos correspondía. Sino, no nos daban el auto.
Las oficinas son de ALEX GARCIA (eso figura en la tarjeta que nos llevamos). Pero él no estaba. Solo había dos mujeres.
Alex te recomiendo evaluar y capacitar a quien atiende tus oficinas. Además de que estaría buenísimo que hablen al menos un poco de castellano, siendo que Orlando es una ciudad turística con muchas personas habla hispana que rentan coches.

A las 12 nos echaron del lugar y no les importó nada.
RECOMIENDO HERTZ, porque he tenido otras experiencias buenas, pero no recomiendo retirar el coche en este lugar.

DO NOT get a rental car here. We had the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! We were instructed to come to this location by VW. We scheduled our service appointment with VW. Contacted Hertz, spoke with ALEX who claims to be the manager, he was made aware I would be in need of LARGE SUV. He states no problem. Upon getting there he comes out with a small Buick Encore. Upon seeing it my husband and I advised him this car was NOT going to work as I have a stroller and THREE car seats that needed to fit in the back hence the reason we requested a LARGE SUV to begin with! Upon trying to fit the car seats in we discover the back seat doesn’t even have seatbelts!!!! Upon searching everywhere, digging our hands into the whole, folding the seats over to find it there was no seatbelt! We made Alex the manager of this. He said “I don’t service the cars I have I no clue why it’s not there. This is the only vehicle I have take it or leave it” I informed I can not take the car with no seat belt. He claims he is too busy to deal with this. He is slammed from fields BMW & Honda sending over too many people. I said you need to figure it out. He then put me in a focus. After getting situated in the focus. Alex calls Bob and says they can come out of that car I have a Cadillac I put them in but it’s dirty and we don’t have time to clean it. Upon getting in the car it had the previous customers information. I contacted Alex AGAIN telling him this. He states so? What are you going to do with his name and the last 4 of his card information? Alex’s foul customer service, piss poor attitude and lack of attention to detail is the reason I will NEVER come to to this place or a hertz!! Not only is their customer service and quality of cars disgusting their SAFETY IS CLEARLY NOT A PRIORITY! WHICH WILL NEVER BE OKAY. A 4 month old and 6 month old boy buckled in! They will be reported to the BBB IMMEDIATELY

Highly recommend reading this entire thing: I rented a truck from this location ahead of time. Upon arriving, they informed me I could only use a credit card so I had to move around funds. Not a big deal. Then, I was told I was receiving a all wheel drive vehicle. Upon receiving the car, it was dirty, not an all wheel drive vehicle, and the vehicle was in terrible condition. We had to cancel our plans and spend more money at our hotel because now we didn’t have an all wheel drive vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back and told them about my experience, the branch manager refused to do anything except offer an apology and a $50 voucher. Mind you, a $50 voucher is worthless. The management staff doesn’t care if they screw up their customers experience, they offer terrible customer experience, and I will be submitting a formal complaint to corporate.

I booked a rental online last minute because Enterprise was out of cars. Not only did they not have any cars, but I was charged a no show fee even though I spoke with the local store to confirm the reservation was cancelled. I’m typing this as I sit on hold for over an hour to speak with customer service due to their incompetence.

They gave my rental reservation to someone else. I spent $100 to Uber from the airport only to have to Uber to another rental place since they gave my reservation away. They didn't even bother to inform me with a call or cancelation email. What's the point reserving a vehicle if they give it away to a walk in customer? All they said was, "oh we have the last rental to this guy that just came in because we weren't sure if you would show up." No sorry and no courtesy call to let me know. Management there is rude!

This is the best Hertz location in Central Florida. I have been renting multiple cars from this Hertz location, and it has always been flawless and exceptional. My cars are clean, ready on-time and once I could even swap a car for free. Alex (the manager) and his team are lovely, easy-going and professional. Awesome job guys!
