Incredible customer service. The carnwas beyond great and the assistance provided by Jeffrey, the branch manager, really made a difference, in both pickup and drop-off. Whenever I book a rental again with Hertz, I hope to see Jeffrey.

Reserved a car the night before reservation, a man called a hour before pickup and said we don’t have the type of car you reserved. Okay, but what about is there another size vehicle that you’d be willing to rent, or could I wait until Monday, or another location has vehicles, just we don’t have the type of vehicle you reserved, goodbye. His tone was I really didn’t even want to make this phone call but would rather make the call than have you show up.

I drove clear over to the Reseda location and got good service and a good car! So go there if you close by!

Brian and Jeff are simply downright pleasant and helpful. I have been traveling a lot in the last year and very good vibes and competent (well more than competent but you know what I mean lol) here. You are not at the airport!! Props guys!! Hertz - please compensate them !!

This is the absolute BEST Hertz, and actually the best car rental agency I've ever been to. Bryan and Romeo have both helped me at different occasions, and they just make it an enjoyable and simple experience. They always want to help you out and make sure you are getting the best deal available, and everyone is super professional and customer service oriented. Sometimes it seems like car rental places are just trying to rip you off, but that just isn't the case here. We love you guys! Thank you for being better than the rest!
