If I could put negative I WOULD!!! Made a reservation and went to pick up the car and was told they had reservations booked 24 hrs ago that were ahead of us and 3 people in front waiting to get a vehicle. The women at the desk told me she would call me at 1 to let me know if we can actually get the car we booked. The parking lot was filled with cars. Never received a call so we went down to the rental place around 1:30 and all the lights were off and it was closed and all the cars still in the parking lot. The woman said she was going to work past closing because of the issue. Very disappointing to go get a car you booked and then show up to pick it up and be turned away Unprofessional to say the least!!

I reserved a full size car and checked in with their app, when I got there nothing was as requested. The contract was not ready, the car was not available and the “upgraded” vehicle was dirty both inside and out. I was told they don’t wash the outside of any of their cars but if I would wait they would clean the inside. I was also told they had no other vehicles available and they could not cancel my contract until Monday when their branch manager would be in.

Best place to rent from, good rates and affordable upgrades to premium vehicles. Ms. Vesna Milic provided me with excellent service as well as every one else working at this location. This was my third long term rental out of this location, every time I was provided with quality vehicle at very affordable price. I'm looking to rent from this place in a near future.

Brandon was extremely helpful. He knew I was not comfortable renting a small car so as soon as he was able to get a bigger vehicle in the next morning he called me right away!! His customer service went above and far exceeded my expectations.

The whole rental process was easy. I initially rented from Budget. When I got to the rental car area, the line for Budget was extremely long. I waited for about 5 minutes with no movement. While in line, I canceled my Budget reservation, made a Hertz reservation, walked out of line, straight to the Gold member section in the parking lot and picked up my car. I will now only rent from Hertz.

Staff was awesome! It looks like they have quite a bit of nonsense to deal with, unreasonable customers, out of date equipment, and all the day to day difficulties that come with working for a big cooperation. Dispite all of that, they were able to handle my requests professionally. The only thing that really slowed the process down was out of date payment equipment, to whoever it may concern, please get these guys a proper credit card processing machine in the store!
