My sons current case manager Ms. Jill Palmer has been nothing short of amazing. She does her job well and efficiently. I hope to never lose her as long as we are with HSCSN. She has assisted with scheduling, joined in on IEP meetings, and have met me at Dr’s appts as well. She is a true gem for this company.

doesn’t get any worse than this. God help you if you are relying on these incompetent idiots to do anything for your children. High turnover with each new hire even worse than the last, no one takes accountability for anything, no communication internally or with patients. The only way I was able to get necessary healthcare and equipment for my son was retaining a disability rights attorney to confront this mess of an organization and threaten them with legal action. Every person I've had to deal with here sucks, but I need to especially call out my son's case manager Youlan Duffas and her supervisor Caryol Moorman. These are 2 of the most INCREDIBLY worthless and incompetent healthcare "professionals" I have ever had the miserable experience of dealing with. They could care less if your kid drops dead. Act like they are "in charge" but take no responsibility for anything and accomplish nothing. I sincerely feel for every parent who has had to suffer through HSCSN. Terrible service been with them for 10 years never had a stable Case Worker. I’ve been with our nursing care for three months and they still do not answer the phone.. I had to contact Mayor to get a response

Worst service in history. They are unreliable, no staffing. Nurses comes in your home and disrespect you and they slap them on the wrist and gaslight you. If you want quality and reliability, DONT COME HERE!

Transportation is horrible. I’ve had to wait at least 3 hours for a pick up and more than a hour on a weekend. The transportation dept does not answer calls promptly or does not take it seriously. The case workers rotate. My kid has had three case workers in three years. I never know who is working her case when I call because the case workers don’t even know.

I have a 15 year old son with developmental delays and he was assigned to HSC over three years ago. I have yet to meet his caseworker. In March of 2018 a caseworker from this agency knocked on my door looking for a previous client. I explained to her that they no longer live at this address ; I have a son who is enrolled with HSC but I hadn't heard from anyone. She took note of that and two months later I received an email from Kia Ping stating that she was the assigned case manager for my child. We set up an appointment for the next day and she assured me that she would have his insurance card and a gift card. The next day came and she was a no show. I didn't receive a courtesy call letting me know that she was was running late or had to reschedule. Approximately one month goes by and I observed regression in his behavior prompting me to reach back out to Ms. Ping. She offered me a poor excuse stating that she wrote the appointment time down wrong. I asked for her supervisors contact information and she refused to give me the information. I did my research and got in touch with Ms. Conway. I forwarded the email correspondence to her and she gave me her cell phone number to call. On June 26, 2018 I texted Ms Conway asking for an insurance card and a new case worker, so that I may make appointments. She assured me that Ms. Alexander would reach out to me and that never happened. I received a card in the mail after reaching back out to Ms. Conway. Fast forward to July 3, 2018, I still haven't heard from a case worker so I texted Ms. Conway asking how long my son had been enrolled with HSC. She texted back that she was reviewing and that a Ms Foster would be in contact with me. She also mentioned that that a new case worker had been assigned. This was approximately one hour after I had called and emailed the compliance department and some departments. I have so many questions. I thought case notes had to be done monthly and quarterly. I'm sure this agency has to provide documentation for audits. Is it fair to assume that documents are being forged and placed in my son's file? Is HSC billing for services provided and not providing services? Is this considered Medicaid fraud? Who else do I report this to so that it isn't swept under the rug by these money hungry vultures.

I am so glad my time with them is almost up this is the worst for anybody child with any type of disability I done been pulled off on stuff stolen during ride I have been left outside with my 1 year old at the time for hrs where they would call a Uber they never fully fix no problems it need to be a show called “ Surviving HSCSN “ I wish we as people get together and speak up about this we should never be treated this way then they just send us anywhere for treatment especially if u live in southeast the options are limited and it’s very sad
