Unprofessional service. Paid £60 for them to tell me my two microwaves would cost more to fix than to buying brand new. An email was sent apparently stating 14days for collection or will be destroyed. Fully because i didnt received such email, and now they have been destroyed. More than lightly they have stripped them for parts,then destroyed the microwaves. Scam from start to finish, and if I could give no starts I would.

Excellent service. I work at Brian Mellor Financial Services in Leek and we recently purchased a reconditioned water boiler from HDServ. We found all the staff really helpful and it was fitted really promptly. The office staff phoned the next day to check we were happy with the service (which we were). The following week there was a very slight drip, and although it was not urgent, they sent a service engineer out who arrived within a couple of hours of the phone call and it was fixed straight away at no extra charge. Would highly recommended using this business.

We use HD Serve all the time for our very busy restaurant/cafe Stock at the Pavilion in Congleton Park. They are always very responsive and helpful especially in emergencies, like the ice machine not working, or the oven breaking down. Joys of running a business! They are very competitive with their prices and we have purchased from them several times for pieces of kitchen equipment. Top class service. We highly recommend them.

INCOMPETENT
They offer a professional service but this is far from the truth, they fitted a Rinseaid pump for me and left it dangling so the wires got caught in the fan, my Chef had a minor shock whilst untangling it, they came to fix the cooker, 'oh yes its a simple job, I do these all the time' and for that I get charged, he came back with the parts then realised he was incompetent and in fact couldn't do the job and so I get charged again, if you want to pay out for someone to look at your equipment claim to be able to fix it, fail and charge you lots call HDServe if you actually want it fixing by competent engineers go elsewhere as I did.
