We recently purchased our fourth vehicle from Hardwood Ford and have always felt appreciated and valued. John Tymko and Jeremy Hardy have always provided exceptional service. They are friendly, inviting and trustworthy. We have never felt pressured and have always been treated with kindness and respect. They are extremely accommodating, easy to negotiate with and we highly recommend buying a Ford vehicle through them.

Excellent business in regards to the sales department. I have bought 2 vehicles here in the last couple years and have been impressed with the attitude of the sales staff. They have been super accommodating and zero pressure. I left feeling like I was allowed to make up my own mind.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
We took our 22 Bronco in for an issue the car was having and they ended up needing to keep my car for a few days, they gave me a “loaner” car that should be in the junk yard, full of someone’s garbage, no fuel and lacking insurance and registration papers, we asked daily for said papers and were never provided any.
Now onto the fun part! They replaced my torque converter and called it all good, however in a couple weeks the issue returned, worse than before. We took the car up to Sun City where we originally purchased our car and they have forwarded us MULTIPLE photos of damage under the hood of our vehicle consistent with the work Harwood Ford did and they haven’t even scratched the surface. We are expecting to find more damage as they get deeper into the car, busted clips, missing bolts, damaged head lamp, just to name a few of the broken things found. When my husband went into Harwood the service manager just kept say oh…. Oh…. When I picked my car up from them they failed to mention the damage they had done. And it’s not a warranty issue so now we will have to fight with them to cover the damages they did. We’ve already reached out to Ford Canada and Sun City will continue documenting what they find damaged as they progress. If you’re thinking about a vehicle, go ANYWHERE but Harwood and definitely avoid their service department and mechanics. What a joke. I foresee having to involve lawyers in the very near future as this type of service is totally unacceptable.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient team, making possession day a breeze. Everything was explained in detail as I signed papers and got into my new wheels. Very satisfied with Harwood Ford.
