We recently used Go Forth motorhome hire for an 8 day rental.

This company is faultless and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to do the NC500.

Mark, James (and Stephanie) were so very helpful. They responded very quickly and very thoroughly to emails and questions as we researched which company to hire from.

They advised which bus company to use in order to travel easily between Edinburgh airport and their depot in Cowdenbeath.
Nothing was too much trouble.

On collection day, I arrived by public transport and they drove me into the town centre twice.

The demonstration of the vehicle DANNI was very thorough, and during the week I had a query which they also responded to in detail supporting the answer with a short video to highlight the response to my query, which answered my question helpfully.

On the return day they met us early so we could coordinate our return to Edinburgh airport, and checked us out quickly.

Upon returning from our trip they quickly assessed the vehicle to return us our security deposit.

I would rate them with 5 gold stars and I hope to use them again in 2026.

We were lucky to have hired both Arnie and Barney from GO Forth. Everything from the initial contact to personal interaction, collection, return, and anything and everything in between was absolutely first class!!! The customer care and attention to detail is fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Both motorhomes were absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean!. Absolutely everything you could possibly need to have the best time away has been thought off by Mark and James, right down to the little level to make sure your drink doesn't slide off the table 😂. Just turn up with clothes, food and drink.

The app for the motorhome was another brilliant touch that answers any questions you might have when away but, a HUGE comfort was knowing that James and Mark were only a call away if you really needed advice.

Best holiday ever and can't wait to book again!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a motorhome (#Danni) from "GO Forth! Motorhome Hire" for a trip around Scotland, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. The team (James & Mark) was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

#Danni itself was in excellent condition—clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. It was clear that they take great care in maintaining their vehicles, ensuring everything works perfectly for their customers.

Thanks to Mark and James (and the boss running the admin side) for the hire and the amazing service we got from them throughout the trip. Felt like we always had someone available to help if we needed it which gave us peace of mind. However, the trip around Skye and back was a success thanks to James guided tour and driving lesson before we set off.

We hired sandy, and it was hilarious when we bumped into junior as they passed us in Skye waving madly out the window! Go forth really do get about!

Would highly recommend people hire from these guys as it was nothing but professional with a family touch. When they say you only need cash and clothes, it's so true! We ate out a lot but you could have a few snacks for the road as well!

Massive thanks again to everyone involved in go forth, made it a great holiday for us

Toppers!

De pick-up plaats ligt een halfuur met de bus van Edinburgh airport. Voor twee kost dat 22 pounds. De eigenaars waren zo vriendelijk om ons af te zetten aan de busstop.

We huurden Arnie, super goede camper, alles wat je nodig hebt om een leuke ervaring te hebben. Daarnaast is het ook een zuinige camper. We hebben de camper netjes ontvangen.

Bij vragen antwoorden over de camper antwoorden ze super snel.

Voor ons was het een eerste super goede camper ervaring! Alvast bedankt!

Our second time hiring from Go Forth! and fantastic service from Mark and James (which was our reason for hiring from them again) We chose the wonderful Arnie 💪this time and he didn't dissapoint. We had a brilliant week touring the Highlands. Arnie 💪had literally everything we needed, super plush and immaculate throughout and very comfortable. We were given the full run down of what we needed to know by James before we set off. We had a number to contact them on should we run into difficulties during our week that thankfully we didn't need to use. Every aspect of service from start to finish with the boys is brilliant and everything is made crystal clear with no hidden surprises. We love hiring from Go Forth! and will be back again next year!
