One of my co-workers recommended this transport service to ship my car out of California. I needed my car asap to be taken to Tennessee. They allowed me to pack my car with 100lbs of my belongings. He picked it up on Thanksgiving afternoon and was delivered by Saturday night. It arrived extremely quick and i wasn't there to pick up my car so the driver hid my key in a safe spot until i arrived. He even took off my antenna so it wouldn't break off during route. I was very satisfied since i have had terrible experiences in the past with another company shipping my car from California to Florida. I will definitely be using this company in the future and recommend them to others.

I had initially arranged for RoadRunner Auto Transport to ship my vehicle based on a friend's recommendation. However, when I tried to confirm the pickup day and time, my numerous calls and messages from Monday to Wednesday went unanswered.
On Thursday morning, I received a text confirming the pickup for that day. When I called the number in the text message to confirm the driver's arrival time, I was informed that the pickup was delayed until Monday. I was told that an email had been sent with this update. Also, they could not guarantee the pick up on Monday. WHAT?
This was unacceptable, as I was scheduled to fly back to California on Friday and start a new job on Monday morning. I couldn't wait until Monday. Also I never received the "email update".

In distress, I reached out to Rob, whom I had met through the moving company. After explaining my predicament, Rob assured me he would find a solution. Within an hour, he arranged for my car to be picked up that very afternoon—at a cost lower than RoadRunner's quote. The vehicle was picked up Thursday afternoon and delivered to me on Tuesday.

My experience with Rob was awesome! His original "ballpark" idea of the cost to ship my car was considerably higher than the end price! (Still better than other quotes) I was pleasantly surprised and thankful!! I moved from Las Vegas, NV to a SMALL town in South Georgia, and was afraid I would have to meet the delivering driver in a larger town/city. My car was delivered right to my front door! The driver called me when he was getting close, and he was very friendly and good mannered. He spoke with a heavy accent, but still communicated well! (His name was Andrii) I had been warned against going through a "broker" to have my car shipped, but the process couldn't have been any smoother. WAY BETTER than expected!! Thank you, Rob!
