We saw an advert for the Bronco sport and made an inquiry online in early July. We received a follow-up promptly from Matt Brunet. It was great communication with no sales pressure. We hadn’t yet made up our minds as to whether or not to purchase a new vehicle. We tried to shop local and after an unsatisfactory experience with a local dealership decided to scrap the idea of a new car. In the meantime, Matt reached out to us to provide some additional information. We truly appreciated his concise and easy communication style. He took into account what we felt our trade-in vehicle was worth, the discounts available to us and provided us with a number that we felt was more than fair. This was all negotiated through telephone and email. When we went to the dealership (45 minutes. From our home) to pick up our vehicle, we were even more delighted that the sale went seamlessly. This purchase was made special by an unveiling of the vehicle in the showroom attended by multiple department managers and staff, followed up by a tutorial about all the features in my vehicle. There was no high-pressure sales tactics used for aftermarket products or warranties, and we felt that everything was explained to us, precisely with the available options. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase from Claresholm Foothills Ford, and proceeded to tell all of our friends and family about our excellent experience. We hope that this generates even more business for this amazing dealership and their staff.

Amazing customer service team here at Foothills Ford. Both John my sales expert and Matt the general manager went above and beyond to not only get me the deal I was looking for on the truck I wanted, but also handle issues and problems when they arose in the most professional manner.
Truly a no-pressure buying experience and made to feel like a respected customer when I came in person. I drove all the way from Calgary for the deal I got and the excellent service I received right out of the gate. Really a night and day experience from many of the Ford dealers in the city.
I hope I get the chance to review their service department at some point as well. As it stands, this has been one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had period.

There seems to be a vibration at high speeds that I pointed out on the test drive but was not fixed properly upon delivery. Other than that everything worked out well and I'm happy with my pricing.
