I cannot say enough about Taryn Loo, Director of Business Development at First Hawaii Title Corporation. I am a long time real estate agent from the mainland trying to get established here. Taryn came to our office and when she said she wanted to help, I could tell she was sincere. In the short time I have been here Taryn has set up a lunch for us and an escrow manager to help familiarize me with the market and how the process works here.
She has provided extremely valuable information when I needed it regarding VA buyers, expired listings, flyers for open houses and current market conditions. Only yesterday I requested a listing package for a specific piece of property. In eight minutes I had a 19 page package with valuable information I can provide for my seller. I am so grateful for her and her enthusiasm and willingness to help and to have her and First Hawaii Title Corporation on my team helping me get my business started here.

I give these ladies a Negative Star and two thumbs down!! Do not use these people! Very unprofessional and incompetent. I just closed on my home, and had to use these guys because of the seller Escrow Company. They were affiliated with Team Lally Real Estate, and are only interested in their profits. They were suppose to wire transfer my reimbursement of $6,000+ but they sent it in the mail, and took over 5 days to get our money back!. They did not do their research on the title/who owns the house that we had a contract with, and had to do a double title transfer at the last minute. They should of known these things, and again show's their lack of competency. Horrible dealing with them. Buyers beware!
