*0 starts* This place has an F rating on better business beaureau. I wish I had never contacted this place, nothing but headaches and being disrespected by the people who work there. I bought my car online as I live 8 hours away from Toronto. I was told it would be at my front door within 2-3 weeks. It actually took more than 5 weeks and I was paying $50 a day for cab rides to and from school, I thought I'd maybe pay 500-600 in cab rides not that bad, well it ended up being over $1000. Every time I called and asked about it, they would tell me they are having trouble finding someone to deliver it. What they really meant was they were having trouble finding a delivery driver that would do it cheap enough so they could make more off the sale. Who cares if the customer pays an extra $500 in cab rides as long as they can save some extra money.

When my car was finally delivered all the tires were completely flat, which I found odd because the car was ready to be delivered for at least 2 weeks before they shipped it so for 2 weeks my car sat at their lot losing air until the tires were flat and then it was put on the delivery truck with flat tires, nice.

About 5 days after getting my car, after filling all the tires, my cars tires were all flat again. I called them, and they told me to go get it inspected before i get it fixed because they would only pay what they charge to fix it. In hindsight, I could have done this, but being a student with limited time, I opted for just getting it fixed. Also, getting the car inspected would cost me about $100, and I didn't feel like I should lose another $100 for someone else's carelessness. So I decided to just get the tires fixed and hope for the best. All 4 of my tires had debris inside, preventing the tires from having a proper seal with the rims. I paid $170 to get all my tires fixed, and when I sent them the bill, they said they would only send me $100 because that's what they would charge. Well, clearly, even if they put on my tires for free, it's still not saving money because I'll have to go and pay to get it redone.

After several hours and weeks of calling them every day, I was fed up and agreed to the $100. But of course, I still had to call them multiple times and spend several more hours on hold before I finally received my $100.

I have never felt more scammed and disrespected in my life. Every step of the way I had to constantly reach out wondering if I was getting my car or not, wondering how I would be able to feed myself, contemplating canceling the purchase and buying somewhere else but I had already lost so much money that I stuck with it.

On top of everything, the car didn't even look like it did in the ad. Bumbper clips were broken, extra paint chips, multiple rust spots not seen in ad, and the ink inside the radio dashboard was leaking out. When I called to bring these issues up, I was told they couldn't do anything. However, I had 6 days to return it, and I'd have to bring it back myself.

These people are literally scam artists feeding on the vulnerable. You can't even test drive their cars from what I see on other reviews because nothing is safetied until you buy it.

The location was busy and had a great selection of new and used tires. I showed up on a Saturday and was in and out in about 2 hours! Ryan has a great staff and managed the clients with knowledge, with a high level of customer care!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
Went here to buy my son’s girl friend her first car and of course she was so excited.
Took two weeks before the car was ready for pick up, which we were told and we were okay with. On the day of pickup the engine light was on so we called the dealership since they offer 36 day full warranty and we dropped it off two days later.
Here is the best part, after a week we have to call and find out where the car is because it was just one part that needed to be change for the evaporator system and finally on day 8 we were able to get it back minus a half of a tank of gas, so god only knows who was driving it around for the week maybe they lent it out as a loaner
We get the car back after 8 days and the engine light is still on oh and best part the vehicle came back damaged!!!
Horrible place for a car go any where else and save yourself the headache

Its a nice place to buy used car. I bought car from them and I would like to mention that Raphael helped me alot in the whole process.
They provided me the delivery to Cambridge for free which I really appreciate. Plus they provided Brand new tires, brand new brakes, fresh oil change.
