Shipped over $1000 worth of goods with them last year. One of the items came back broken. I had insurance or so I thought. Took them 5 months to tell me the claim was denied. To even get to this point I had to email them over 15 times. The only reason they even responded to me at one point was cause I was going to report them. Stay away these people are the very worst in costumer service. Take your business anywhere else. Avoid like the plague!!!! / Edit: Send me the details from ups then. You just told me it was denied without sending the actual support documentation with the reason. Glad to see you can respond here in a timely manner but not to my emails

EDIT: Score increased from 1 star to 3 stars. Owner of the location found my phone number and reached out, explaining the Pudopoint process to me and assuring me that no receipts are given as standard practice for Pudopoint packages, and that my package had been sent out. This was very much appreciated and as soon as my package reaches its destination I will happily review my star rating.

As for the phone line, we remain in disagreement, as he was receiving calls to the number as I was simultaneously receiving an automatic busy tone after multiple calls on different days and at different times. This is therefore either a problem with my phone (nothing similar has happened to me, it works perfectly), or a problem that will be resolved now that the owner is aware.

Initial Post:

Dropped off a Pudo Point package, was denied a receipt. Upon trying to call them to ensure the package would be expedited before my shipping label expired, I found that their phone line is always busy. Always. I had to call the barber shop they share a rental space with to get a hold of the woman who had served me. I was told my package would be sent out that day, and I informed them that their phone line was not working. This was three days ago. The package has not been sent, no updates exist past me having created the label. The phones are still not being answered, and I was stupid enough to leave without a receipt, so the worth of the package is lost. Please, if you see these reviews before gracing them with your service, find another service provider.

I regret not having googled the shop, the myriad of terrible reviews might have warned me off!

Incompetent staff, seemingly unaware as to how their own shipping partners do business. I received a notice saying my parcel was waiting here, yet upon arrival it was in a different depot. They took my cell and told me they'll have it brought to this location (as was noted on my shipment leaflet) and would call me back. I wait a week, no call. Then I call and get a different guy who insists they couldn't redirect the package and that they never take numbers, implying I am lying to them despite evidence to the contrary. Avoid.

Very rude when I expressed my concern that they don't have any change but were charging a $1.50 fee for credit payments, while there was no fee for cash... In their words, 95% of their business is by credit... So why the big fee? Won't be coming back, they only had my business because there are no puralator stores in the area. Not impressed with the snark

Avoid at all costs.

For a drop off of two packages that were PRE-PAID they wanted to charge me $20. Total rip off considering that a few blocks away PenguinPickUp charges nothing for these kind of drop offs.
