Guy at costumer service is very rude. More towards Hispanic people!. He told me to go somewhere else to rent! Even though I would mainly rent for my dad here!. He was rude to my father which I don’t think is ok when you own a business.

The equipment worked fine, that was not the issue. As you can see from previous reviews that the customer service is awful. My husband went in two times to rent the equipment and the price online did not reflect the price he was quoted. The guy was extremely rude and almost like he did not have the proper attention span to even be speaking to my husband(very weird). Finally fast-forward when he dropped off the equipment, the worker almost accused my husband of having a fake form of payment when he was simply just using Apple Pay (a very common form of payment). My husband is Hispanic so of course he felt profiled when being treated that way, clearly it may just be the way the guys speaks. When I looked up the business owners name to reach out, I realized that that was the same person my husband has been speaking with. What a shame the business owner has such poor customer service skills. My husband owns two businesses, one being on the same road as this business and I can guarantee we will have to go elsewhere to find equipment for our business. Super sad because I really wanted to support my local community.

My experience was very unpleasant, unfortunately I couldn't open the lid to fill it with fuel and that delayed me trying, so I called to say that I couldn't fill it and please wait for me because I was having problems filling it. Finally he told me that he didn't expect me because he closed at 5 pm and that I couldn't wait. I couldn't open the lid and I returned in view of the refusal to receive the equipment. The next day I took it very early and I asked them to open the lid and with difficulty he opened it to fill it. I filled it and I explained to him that I had had problems, however he charged me an additional, more than 50% of the initial contract. Even very early to take it.

I didn't sign the bill because I thought it was unfair. They finally charged the bank. I had to cancel the card because of the background in their complaints and avoid that they can then charge. They are dishonest because they don't inform the customer and they close that lid so hard that they don't open it with that they can charge the fuel at $8 a gallon

Was calling in to rent ozone generator. Dude had a really huge attitude and replied with anger when I asked how much area each generator covers for the house. People will assume you would know about the product you rent. So that is why people ask. If you don't know maybe someone else knows. Maybe the company overall is a good one but that one guy answering the call needs to be retrained on how to talk to people.

The customer service at this place is non existent. I rented some equipment from them and because I was 5 minutes they close the doors and charged me an other 4Hrs totaling over $200 extra on top of the $380 I had already paid. This is not a fair business practice. I would NOT recommend this place.

The guys at EquipServ are great. They've got really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff with a great selection of rental equipment. Their mechanics will also go out on-site if need be. This is an awesome place for all of your equipment rental needs.
