I went there on Monday, December 30th, to make a pickup. When I got there at 5:15, I was notified that there were no more pickups available for the day. Note that I called the week before, and the information I got was that I could make a pickup as long as the place was open. The pickup was rejected because the person who had access to the pickup information left at 5:00 p.m.

It seems unreasonable that only one person has access to that information, and that person is out before the place closes. Nonetheless, the information provided to me was also wrong, which made me take an hour's drive for nothing.

Hace poco compré unos pedidos por Aliexpress y en Eps en ves de cobrarme todo como un solo paquete me cobraron todo por separado para sacarme más dinero y salió casi en 1,000 peso el total de los paquetes cuando en realidad el paquete no pesaba ni 2 libras solo que venían de diferentes tiendas en Aliexpress atentos no se dejen engañar. ¿Que paso hay que en ves de cobrarme el total del paquete sin importar de cuántas tiendas vienen me lo cobran por separado? Así es que ustedes roban porque en otros curier me cobran el total de todos los paquetes no como ustedes que cobran por separado para sacar más dinero ustedes roban callado.

SCAM they don't allow the post office to make final delivery so the packages all stop at the local distribution center. The customers of EPS then can claim that they never received the item and get a refund from the website they buy from. This place is a total sham and eventually will get what they deserve.

UPDATE: They responded very nicely, as any fraud would. Their website looks AI generated, the phone number doesn't work, the email doesn't work either (see attachments). Their customers know the scam well. They order an item, we ship with tracking, it gets held up at post office and since EPS doesn't allow them to scan as delivered.... the customer gets it for FREE!

Soy cliente desde el 2014 y no tengo quejas alguna, a veces hay u poco de retrasos por motivos de clima, aduana, ETC. Pero siempre terminan resolviendo a tiempo.

Algo que deben mejorar es la comunicación de las sucursales, cosas importantes como horarios especiales o cierres por mantenimiento suelen comunicarlo por Instagram en "HISTORIAS" entiendo que podrían enviar emails, hacer una publicación en el feed o incluso usar un servicio automático para enviar mensajes al WhatsApp.

Was scammed today by a customer using this service. They seem to be in league with the local postal worker, as the package has been been "awaiting delivery scan" for 3 days now. I guess everyone gets a little piece of the pie over there.
