Service à la clientèle difficile,incapable de rejoindre la directrice de la succursale de saint-Hubert quand il y a un problème.J'ai laissé quatre messages et aucun retour d'appel.Certain employé sont bête et irrespectueux avec les clients.J'ai demandé à un employé d'appeler un taxi pour retourner chez moi.Je dérangeais l'employé en question qui avait l'air frustré par me demande.Pourtant leur publicité indique clairement qu'il vienne nous chercher et nous reconduire.C'est de la fausse publicité.Je loue des véhicules depuis 15 ans et j'ai jamais retourné une automobile endommagé.Vraiment très très déçu et insulté.

NEVER AGAIN!
I've been trying to rent a pick-up truck for over a month now...
I went to their St-Hubert branch 4 times, trying to find a pick-up truck. Left them my phone number to call me as soon as they had one available.
NOTHING! After one month of trying, still NOTHING.
For over 15 years Enterprise used to be my go-to destination for my needs. I've rented cars and vans from them for years, without any issues.
It looks like they don't need my business. Fine by me! There are other options.

I have rented a cargo van to move furniture from my storage unit to my apartment and my experience was follows:

The good:
- Vehicles are generally clean.
- Vehicle pickup is without hassle. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get behind the wheel of a vehicle.
- The staff usually accommodate reservation extensions.

The bad:
- My most recent van's battery died not long after I picked it up and Enterprise's roadside assistance was rather useless. I was left to my own devices and ended up calling GM directly to take advantage of a free jump-start that was included as part of an extended vehicle warranty.
- When reserving a vehicle online, when it says, "Ford Transit or similar", it really means "GMC Savannah, and if you are lucky, a Ford Transit". This is important to note, considering the Savannah is noticably smaller than the Transit height wise.

The ugly:
- This location works against you when resolving breakdowns. When I informed Enterprise St.Hubert of my rental van's dead battery, the staff did not hesitate to lay the blame on me. They alleged that I had left the dome lights on, left headlights on when the engine was shut off etc. This was absolutely not the case, I own a vehicle myself and I realise how fast the battery drains if lights are left on. Being confronted by Enterprise in this manner added insult to injury, after having sat in a dead van for two hours.
- If you are caught in a similar situation, do not expect Enterprise to extend your reservation free of charge to compensate for time lost due to their vehicle's inoperability. You will receive a credit. Enterprise asks for proof of the breakdown, and I have offered the receipt for the jump-start from GM's roadside assistance. They were not interested.
- Always take an odometer reading before you leave the Enterprise lot and compare it against your contract. This last rental, I let my guard down and ended up paying for milage that was off by a factor of two. The only proof I had was my gas receipts, where I could calculate the maximum possible distance I could have driven. Of course, this was not enough to correct the distance I was charged for.

Generally speaking, I hold a positive opinion of Enterprise and its staff, with exception to this location. I have rented from Enterprise numerous times and moving forward, I will stick to the Dorval location.
