Hired a nissan qashqai for the day which already had pre existing damage to the front bumper. Luckily I had photographs to show the damage was already there. They refunded my deposit and accepted it was not marked down on their systems.

However they charged my bank card another £250.00, trying to make me liable for the damages weeks later.

After several emails and phone calls to the branch a month later they have refunded the money owed. When you phone the branch they have no clue what's going on and get promised calls back. Poor service and communication. Would be extra wary when renting a vehicle from here.

I had a terrible experience with [enterprise car & van hire - Sunderland ]. I reserved a car well in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up yesterday, they didn't have a vehicle available for me. Despite my reservation, I was left stranded without any transportation options.

The staff was unhelpful and offered no solutions or alternatives. They didn't even seem to care about the inconvenience they caused me. I had important plans that were completely ruined because of their lack of organization and poor customer service.

This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will definitely not be using [ enterprise car & van hire - Sunderland] again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well. They are unreliable and do not respect their customers' time or reservations.

I used Enterprise to move from Newcastle to Oxford. Two bedroom house with appliances and a 2 + 3 seater sofa. I couldn’t take any of my wood furniture as it wouldn’t fit in the van and I didn’t want to pay for the Luton. Booked the Van online, was really simply.

The £200 deposit at arrival did shock me a bit but I got it back when I handed the van over. I got a one way trip, which is really handy considering how far away the two cities are. Totally worth the money.

Was renting a Luton van which wasn't returned on time due to customer delay, Laurie was able to resolve the situation by getting another Luton van from elsewhere, sorted within two hours of my time slot, meaning I could get it on the same day as it was for a job I couldn't delay. I was fully assured that the situation would be resolved and Laurie made sure to contact throughout, making sure we were communicated to and happy with the service. Highly reliable and very professional to deal with.
