Excellent Service from the Giffnock Branch. Scott, Ben and Alexis were all wonderful, great with communication and very friendly.

Unfortunately, the branch in London was wanting to charge me for something that was not my responsibility or fault. Alexis was great in sorting this out for me. I would definitely rent from here in future. Many thanks.

I've never really had a problem with Enterprise. Whenever I'm in the UK and I need a car hire for a week or so, the price is generally very reasonable, and the process is simple and fast.

I know there are a lot of extras you can buy and it's generally worth getting some of them (like excess insurance). The newer cars are all quite comfortable and connect well with your smartphone. You don't need to buy an extra sat nav if you connect to the car's screen.

The staff are generally very friendly and polite in my experience, and I hope that will continues in the future. This particular Enteprise is very nice, and the staff were very professional and courteous.

Second time ive gone to hire from this office and the second time they’ve not had a car available to me, wasted money in a taxi to here and made me late for work both times, extra cost now in taxi’s to get where i need to be, has to be the worst enterprise branch ive ever dealt with, dont bother hiring here unless you want to be let down.

The staff lack in communication. I have given 200 pound as deposit on booking and modify my booking for one extra day and return on Edinburgh airport instead of branch and staff told me that you will get 125 pound return on car return and showed me in system. I have asked to mention this on email for confirmation but no email confirmation was given. When next day car returned at Airport the staff said we don't have any information for this and you will get the phone call how much to return. There was No phone call to me, No email and my deposit still not returned. Be aware using there services. Unfair service provided
