First time hiring from them myself and I must say, I will be using them again! Amazing service from everyone within the team, from the office to the employees out back. Easy interaction and all so lovely.

Planned a trip to London with the girls. Was skeptical if any issues would pop up during my journey however they made sure the car was top notch before driving it away so I can drive in peace with no hassle. We discussed the type of car I was taking to which I made the right choice to upgrade with the amount of luggage I had to bring. Smooth process. Good variety of brands. Thank you team ?

The worst experience I have with car hire. My insurance book a replacement vehicle with them form 7 days. They were supposed to give a similar car to mine, but instead they gave me an electric car which was not even half charged (40% battery). I asked them if they had another car as I've never driven an electric car before, but one of the guys said I didn't have choices but to take what they have or leave it. As am a nurse and was going to work, I have to stop half way to charge the car because the battery ran out. It took me over 2 hours just to get to work, and I also lost my job on that day.

Long story short. I returned the car the next day after work in the evening, and went back in the morning to drop the keys. Spoke to the manager, explained everything. He said they shouldnt have given me an electrician car. He will investigate, and call me back. It's been 4 months since, no call back. NO PROFESSIONALISM, POOR CUSTOMER CARE, POOR COMMUNICATION.

I recently hired a car for one day , paid a deposit of £200, returned the car , at this stage everything had gone to plan. I noticed my deposit was not returned to me, so I contacted Enterprise Bolton , I was advised the deposit was refunded, I asked for proof, the details they sent was for the same named person but they lived in Glasgow not Sydney Australia. Again I contacted the office( along with a friend in Witney) and asked for specific details of the refund so my bank could trace the money, eventually after more calls an email arrive with an attachment which can not be opened, so again I contacted Bolton ( several times) to no avail. At this point nearly 2 months I’ve not heard a work from the Enterprise or seen my money, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement . I return to the UK annually , I will definitely be avoiding Enterprise, just because I’m not at the front door does not mean you can treat customer in this way. I’m still waiting for my money!
Think twice before doing business with this organisation, I will not be giving any referrals .

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a van, had a confirmation, they took payment and check in all sorted. Went to collect for 9am and told there was no van available and nothing they could do but to try and ‘source’ a van at some point. Was told I would have a refund in 3-5 working days and I am still waiting for the refund after 6 weeks and 3 complaints to the company. Stay well clear.

Hired from Enterprise few times in past with no issues. Last year I hired a SVU and the engine management came on while returning from Wales, thought this was just one of those things. This year, however, I hired a van. As soon as I went over 60mph there was a steering wobble. Four hundred miles driving wasn't fun !!!! Notified staff who promised a part refund, which they had done last year, nothing received !!!! Also keep your eye on the card you use to rent after your rental.

Someone crashed into my car back in January and I received a hire car from this branch.

I had the car from then until around March time as my car took so long to be fixed. When I got the car, it has no washer fluid in the car, which I thought it may have done. Seen as all vehicles would be checked. Also, the horn wasn’t working on the car, I only noticed not long before I had to give the car back. Although it can’t have been working the whole time and could have been dangerous when driving around with my 4 year old son in the car.

I received a phone call from one of the staff one day telling me that basically ‘someone needed to pay the bill for my car’ for the extra days because the insurance company had apparently signed it off and had confirmation my car was fixed - when it hadn’t! So I ended up having to do loads of chasing around ringing someone else’s insurance to try to get it sorted!

Something I shouldn’t have to do, when someone else crashed into my car!!!

I’m sure there was more issues on top of that which I discussed with the manager, who at the time seemed really helpful! They offered me a voucher because of the problems as I told them I’m doubtful about getting another hire car in the future. Surprise, surprise! I’ve never received a voucher!
