En visite et vacances a Belfast pour courir le Marathon j avait réservé une voiture début janvier pour le lundi 01Mai.. sans aucun souci ni autres... vendredi 28 avril vers 17 h je reçois un mail m informant que la location ne sera pas possible cause fermeture de l'agence...on me conseille prendre aéroport..bref devant tant de sérieux j ai tout annuler. Il aurait été plus correct de me dire plus tôt..que ce jour ne serai pas possible... cordialement.

La voiture était conforme à la description, en très bon état et très propre.

What a fantastic helpful friendly team.
Cracking prices for a car hire to tour the north coast and met with such a nice group of people. Friendly banter but very professional and helpful. The cost of car hire for the day was very reasonable with the highest level of insurance.
Gave us some excellent tips for food and drinks upon our return and returned the deposit straight away. Thank you all on Cromac Street. Fully recommend this company and especially this team. So much better in the end than doing a bus tour to the giants causeway. Big Thumbs Up. Thank you

Feeling ripped off, avoid.

Enterprise's fee for a medium sized van is charged at £36 per day but hikes the cost to £79.20 if you require hire within 2 days.
I only discovered this when I went to collect my 'medium van' a half washed Vauxhall Combo 'small van' awaited which appeared to have been transporting animals or waste.

Whilst in the office, I notified the Enterprise staff of my dissatisfaction, went online to verify this is not what I paid & how I was being ripped off. Finally, they informed last minute hotel bookings operate in a similar fashion but if I waited an additional 30 minutes, a medium van was being collected at Belfast City airport. Wait time consisted of an extra 40 minutes but the van needed to be rewashed as the valet guys on site hadn't washed in properly in the first instance and the hire staff, Ryan attempted to help them.

This is simply another disorganised Enterprise branch within a network of people across the company who do not care about the condition of their vans and expect customers to accept such low standards, pay extraordinary fees in the hope they will post positive reviews for other customers to be sucked into such in to such chaos.

Save yourselves time and stress people by booking elsewhere, supported by honest reviews.

I haven't hired a car in about 15years after a bad experience from a company at Glasgow airport, but thought I'd give it ago again now my car is off the road, I hired a small car & picked it up on a Saturday morning, all was good & easy to sort out, it was nice to have some wheels again, I always treat any car as if it's my own, after a week of driving it, I noticed a couple of marks on the passenger door as if the wind had caught it, I knew it wasn't me as I hadn't even opened the passenger door or any door except the drivers, so I called over to tell the staff at Enterprise, I also had a photo of the car 10mins after I hired it, the manager couldn't have been any nicer, she listened to me & I asked her to come out & have a look, she asked was I still happy to keep it for the last 4days, which I did, when I returned it, it was all marked on the computer & the rest of the car was in good order, I was thanked & refunded my deposit, I believe if your upfront & honest, treat the car with respect & take it back with a full tank of petrol then everything will be smooth, I will definitely use again & thank the Manager & Staff for all their help ... Great place for vehicle rental!
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Vehicles are very well maintained and clean.
Check in went really smooth and same with return.
Very competitive prices and flexibility with booking/return hours.
Luton van with tail lift was best option for me to help with moving.
Recommend it to anyone and I will definitely use this company again in the future!

A tale of two halves. Excellent service at pick up but Van was not washed (windscreen hard tobsee through) and awful fuel smell. The vehicle was great for cost and travelling. Dropped off early and person just cared about ratings. So much that I got a call 24 hours later asking where the van was! So has not registered its return. Thankfully the deposit was returned quickly after that. Would use again as its location in the city was valuable and prices good.
