Jason did a very nice job on my light fixture that needed to be fixed. One day service. $75 service fee but only $10 for the switch that needed to be replaced. I will call again if I need electrical work.

They have done a LOT of work for us from installing fans, lighting, a pool heater, etc. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and do great work. Definitely our go-to electrician!

Wish we could give -5 stars. This was the subcontractor for our Builder (Southern Homes). We have multiple electrical problems we were told were "normal". Every time the AC kicks on the lights in the house dim. It's so bad we cannot have LED lights because they burnout from the abuse. Every plug in our kitchen is on one circuit. Plug in a crockpot and try to use the microwave, pops the breaker. Most of the outdoor plugs do not work. And best of all, all the plugs, but one are so loose you have to hold the plug plate to keep the electrical box from coming out of the wall. Also good luck trying to plug something in, most of the plugs have some kind of safety device in them that is not working properly and you CANNOT plug things into them. We reported this several times and they came out and tested and screwed around and told us this is all normal. Now that we are under the extended warranty it will cost us $75 per plug or switch to have them fix it. We have gotten several bids and we are looking at a couple thousand dollars to fix the shoddy work.

Arnett attached the septic tank pump wiring to our septic tank a couple of years ago. The outside receptacle is shorting out and needs fixing. After calling them, the soonest they will commit to coming out is more than one month away - certainly too long to fix this problem. I am disappointed in their service and will not be calling them again.

Arnett by far has the best quality work I have ever seen. I'm an appentance for a home inspection company and seen there work. So amazing. Great work guys keep it up.
