Hello I visited the new offices of e and s residential. And I was like this company. Is moving forward. In this world I remember when I first. Recognized. This company they were everything a company could be then an now they continue. To grow. At this. And the owner is a person that believes in letting people earn there A or show her if they are what they say. Without bypass I appreciated that she gave me a chance when I entered. The industry. It was like a non byass person giving me a chance. She instructed my DSP CLASS to earn my Merritt she is blunt and straight up but I wouldn’t have it any other way. For anyone applying to this company. I want you to know. You will be made to understand the dos and don't in a way that you can take it to any company and be successful mark my words

The staff here act worst than the consumers. This place is a joke. The owner is the worst of all bc she instigates gossip within her work place and provides quid pro quo tactics to street bums. Basically, she believes who she favors and fires those who actually come and do the job.

After all these years, I guess having Supervisor Tarmani, who can barely read at a 3rd graded level really paid off didn't it Steph? Hahahahahahhaha

Here's one star for you. So, so be grateful google doesn't have the no star option, bc you would have received one. Ahahahhaaha

This place should be shut down immediately. Staff is awful. They are lead by their queen mama Steph who is incompetent and disrespectful to her staff. Fires people monthly and hires people sitting outside on the street to care for very delicate patients.

Place is pathetic. The owner is clueless to what's going on. Do not allow your loved one to be with this class-less company. Stephanie Hendrix is careless and uneducated. She pays her staff almost nothing and will hire anybody that walks in asking for a job. These people have no experience or special training. It's scary this company is allowed to have staff that have zero experience the right to care for people with troubled minds and handicaps. I hope this company gets closed down ASAP!
