Dukes provides world class service at a reasonable price. I would go as far as saying they work miracles.

We applied directly through the State Department more than 14 weeks ago, and our travel is this week.

After repeated failures, over 40 hours combined on hold, zero ability to get an appointment, escalating, expediting, Congressperson and Senator engagement, we decided to seek out another solution.

Duke’s was able to cut through all of the bureaucratic nonsense, and we’re able to get our passport within 5 business days.

The State Department is so over worked and understaffed that they’re having challenges prioritizing, and mistakes are magnified.

Dukes pulled together their team, leveraged their knowledge and resources and delivered for us in the final hours.

I will only do passport services through Dukes going forward, even for non urgent. We certainly learned a valuable lesson. Even though we did everything properly, applied months in advance, we would not be going on our trip without Duke’s.

Communication is key and Duke's doesn't offer any. Waited patiently for a passport visa for two weeks longer than was promised me. A phone call? Email? No nothing. When I finally found out there was an error on my application, I thought, don't you see applications day in and day out? Couldn't that have been avoided? Am I not PAYING YOU to expedite this process I could do by myself? Not worth the money and added hassle.

Dukes does a good job, but it is hard to get ahold of the Famous Duke himself at times because he himself does a lot of the runs. Good in one way, because he is totally accurate, but if he is in an Embassy and no phone is allowed, you have to wait and hope he gets the message.
