DTDC is a trustable brand when I comes to courier service but in particular girls staff in this office is too non co-operative whereas the head person is really supportive and helpful.Card payments are not available only paytm or Google pay or cash.Take your own boxes for couriering your laptop.Cost is genuine and packets are insured at the rate of 2% of sum declared of commodity.

Horrible !!! Disgusting!!! DTDC SERVICES ARE DEGRADING DAY BY DAY!!!! I had to give 1 star. I wish to give ZERO STARS TO THE DTDC OFFICE OF ALLAHABAD.
The Workers of dtdc of main office Allahabad are just HORRIBLE !!! ACTUALLY I SHOULD CALL THEM CHOR!!! They are just taking time from customer and not giving service. My courier is with them from last 3 months but neither they are returning it nor they are taking the responsibility to make it reach customer. Not even taking calls..

A courier service . Small functional office . One who does the booking is usually called in when a customer arrives . People who sit there give a kind of disinterested look . However , the real test is surety and quick , safe delivery . In this they are fairly good .

Very Bad Service , I booked my courier on 20 of November . It said that it will be reached at my destination in 3 days as distance of my destination was just 215 Kms. After 3 or 4 days it was in transit and rerouted from here to there ( it reached in 2 days then reached Varanasi again this was rerouted to Lucknow while my destination was nearby area of Gorakhpur District ) Despite all the way there is no location was given exactly and online tracking also not updated on time. After all this stuff my item reached near by my locality on 25 of November and stay there by 2 days . When I went to DTDC courier office it was informed that there was no delivery on exact location while on time of booking it was told that there will be delivery. The office incharge talk to courier office of my locality then it was told that item will be delivered on next day by Driver of College Bus of My College (for where I shipped my item by courier) Then after enquiry and enquiry my item was delivered on 29 of November. If I would booked my item by speed post of Indian Post then it will be delivered in 3 or 4 Days.

Totally arrogant staff, I visited over there of a consignment courier for Kuwat. I asked that gentleman I have a document which I wish to send Kuwait. He said Kuwait is capital of Saudi Arabia. Then I try to explain Kuwait is alone country not a capital of Saudi Arabia the capital of Saudi Arabia is Reyadh. He started conversation over that. I got afread to handover my courier that person I were return back I use different courier service for the same. "DTDC is a big name in courier service, DTDC have assigned there some sound mind person for performing there job in better way.
